	Liam’s reaction was almost as interesting as the fact that Thorne had suddenly started behaving possessed. He frowned slightly wondering if the manners were recognized, the intonations. Was this someone from Liam’s past? Odd how easy it was to accept strangeness. But, wasn’t magic supposed to fade as you left Ashdown? Didn’t this qualify? 	That had been fast. For some reason, Juniper hadn't actually expected this seance thing to work. Why? Maybe it was because they weren't in Ashdown or Other Ashdown or perhaps she never really thought of ghosts and seances as magical, but, here they were talking to a spirit. A spirit who had taken over poor Thorne. Still, she was intrigued. Especially with how Liam seemed to tense. Had he not actually expected it to work either or was there something more to this? She gave Zac's hand a squeeze as she shifted, leaning forward in her seat to listen to what Thorne or...the spirit, had to say. 	"Liam?" Thorne's voice even seemed oddly accented, a more nasal and Bostonian thing. "Liam, you sound like a dink." Having long since removed Thorne's hands from those of the others around him, he laced his fingers together. "I... This isn't my body, is it." It wasn't a question. It touched Thorne's hair with Thorne's hand. The spirit rolled Thorne's eyes, and then--"No, this one doesn't really work for me." It abandoned Thorne's body for another's. 	He barely stifled a laugh at Liam being referred to as sounding like a ‘Dink’, but his interest was touched absolutely when the, ‘spirit’ or whatever it was, said that it was waiting, to warn him. 	Juniper felt Zac's grip tightened but she didn't shift her gaze to him. She was too engrossed in what was happening with the spirit. Temperance asked the question that Juniper wanted to ask. She looked to Liam expectantly, but then the spirit shifted from Thorne to Shun. "What the hell. Is this a game of musical bodies?" She murmured. Juniper was quickly beginning ot feel more uncomfortable with this situation. Hopefully the spirit was content with Shun and wouldn't jump again? For some reason the idea of something taking over her body bothered her. More so than most of the other things she had encountered since leaning about Other Ashdown and magic. "Who are you?" 	If the spirit's mannerisms had been strange on Thorne, they were even odder on Shun. The normally restrained detective's body language loosened up and he tossed his long hair over his shoulder, fussily keeping it back. His hands had gone frozen-cold where they rested in the hands of those nearby. "Whose body is this?" The spirit was quiet for a moment, concentrating. The sensation of possession was an odd one, like being shoved out of the driver's seat of your car and a complete stranger barging in. Luckily, in this analogy, the stranger was very polite... aside from the aforementioned shoving. "The rift in the forest," the spirit within Shun blurted, its concentration broken by something. "There's another one in the cliff face, so--" It tore itself free of Shun's body, a form visible for just a moment. To those who had attended the ball, the frightened face in the mist was recognizable: Vivien. Liam had been right. She seemed distressed, looked about the circle, and--perhaps recognizing a friendly face--darted towards Temperance. Now Temperance's body language changed. 	“Sorry.” The apology was automatic when Vivian complained about them not making it easy, which was sillier perhaps because he hadn’t been possessed. He somehow managed to keep from laughing at Shun being suddenly relaxed and doing an amazing hair flip, but seeing it move again to Temperance made him shiver a little with discomfort. “What are the rifts? 	Liam's eyes followed the spirit towards Temperance, but he kept his face turned towards Shun. "I... I'm not sure that's possible, detective," he said, though it had to be kept in mind that this cycle was unlike any other - what Liam thought was and wasn't possible was not necessarily binding. "The cliffs..." he said, his face now turning towards Temperance. "Where I saw you..." His expression was one of slow realization. "Or it may be possible after all," said Liam. He pursed his lips. 	It was Vivien? Eyes snapped back to Shun as Liam mentioned the spirit's name. Sure, Juniper didn't know Vivien well, but she had met her very briefly at the ball. Interesting. Juniper was getting the feeling that something big was going on. After all, why would Vivien feel the need to come and warn them? People were quick to state their questions, most of them being ones she wanted to ask as well, so Juniper opted to stay quiet to listen and watch. Just like with Shun and Thorne, Vivien switched bodies to Temperance. This time though, she had a sort of corporeal appearance as she traveled from Shun to Temperance. That had been a bit freaky to watch actually. At Vivien's comment about making it difficult for possessing but Juniper couldn't imagine not feeling the need to try and push out an entity that was taking over your body. A shiver went down her spine. Whoa, ok, so these rifts that are opening are literally letting other beings or creatures into our Ashdown? Or is it something else?" Blue eyes turned to Liam.
