Oh wow, today is the final day and there are still 5 entries missing. Seems like Toshi has given up after not filling in their description last week as there has been nothing from them recently. (Glad to see they've proven me wrong!) Has anyone heard from contestants about extensions?

I haven't heard anything, and I'm kind of surprised that there hasn't been any contact or posting from those missing. If there are still the 5 missing, likely going to have to extend the deadline at least a little bit.

(I filled out most of this and when I went to submit it, I was logged out and it was all gone sad so my reviews for those ones I already wrote will be the abridged version)
Darkerdemons (Rae) 4/10 I like the profession they chose but im not sold on the outfit. The headband was the wrong choice as it is 100% Japanese. If they wanted to use the headband, maybe they should have gone with something that is traditionally Japanese such as sushi or soba, not red velvet cake... The bowl definitely looks like blood and they cant convince we otherwise. Mainly though, those colors are way too harsh for Rae. She is totally lost. Maybe by using a full background, it would not have been so bad but she is wayyyy too pale for this outfit and it is washing her out even more.
Pianette (Jiang Li) 9/10 I love this idea! Its so simple but cute and fun at the same time. Perfect use of the green background and old vhs lines. I think it is interesting how they use different leg shades to make it seem like she is wearing stockings. I didnt even notice at first, its so natural. The outfit is a little bland.
Sana Minatozaki (Abby) 5/10 Wish they had pushed it to make her look more fierce and self assured instead of cute and unsure. Arms were wrong choice. Jacket layering is weird with hair + didn't work with any of their other arms= get rid of jacket. Teachers wearing leather miniskirts?! Not in THAT classroom.
elphiethesane (Ophelia) 7/10 Love the chosen profession. Simple outfit but effective. Blue background abrasive but justified.
sufjan stebens (Tara) 8/10 Love they went with a profession that her presets would never suggest. Lots of thought into the choice of wardrobe to make up for her baby face. Not a fan of the scarf.
METTAT0N (Lucia) 0/10 No entry?!
Dangerous Tinfoil Shoes (Bryce) 4/10 No description?! Cute idea. Nice casual look for working with a bunch of flowers. Im a little confused as to the choices in colors. Bold hair and shirt then everything else is kinda faded. A flower shop should be full of color! The pink headband should be a different color to work better with her outfit.
RENstrawberry (Robin) 6/10 Simple but effective. The colors are fun and everything is well balanced.
Toshi Yukiko (Sienna) 5/10 Never would have thought of a camp counselor... Its cute. The kids were a good choice and she matches Sienna to them pretty well. I wish there was more to the outfit.
Haji Demon (April) 7.5/10 So fun! Great use of the hair to make her look like she is in anti gravity. I dont understand the goggles (especially since shes wearing glasses) but they help tie in the scarf.
The Dread Wolf (Isabelle) 6/10 I would love to work in that office. I like the idea behind this but it just does not work for me. The labcoat is so small that it wouldnt do it's job of keeping her covered from splatters and messes, especially with all of her legs exposed.
Part of me thinks maybe we should change everyone's models? Just to their second choice, but there are no changes to the models anymore and I feel like it might benefit everyone with a refreshing change.

Challenge 6
Darkerdemons (Rae) Score: 5.5 Comments: I actually like red on Rae, I think it strengthens her pale features. But yeah that is 100% blood and the headband isn't working either. We have so many kitchens, why no kitchen? I feel like this is a strong start to a look, but it doesn't feel like the finishing touches/fixes were put on.
Pianette (Jiang Li) Score: 8 Comments: Wish the outfit wasn't all black. Also not totally sold on the "stockings" this time, but also not totally not sold. Otherwise, I really like this. Cute and clever!
Sana Minatozaki (Abby) Score: 3.5 Comments: Didn't Sana already use that arm mod in an earlier challenge? Or one insanely close to it? Also reusing the background from their winning challenge cycle one, which wouldn't be worth pointing it out if it didn't feel like Sana's used the same items over and over. Anyway, this looks more like a teacher from the start of a hentai than a real teacher. Jacket doesn't layer with the hair. Mostly I'm just bored, doesn't feel like as much work went into this as other entries.
elphiethesane (Ophelia) Score: 9 Comments: I really like this look! The colors pop but don't eat Ophelia. I really just wish there was more to it. I can't put my finger on it, but something about this is off? The hip object blends into the pants a little too much (or the hip doesn't align with the shirt, can't tell). Still good though, very smart.
sufjan stebens (April) Score: 9 Comments: I love this look, wish I could score it higher but the scarf doesn't work. I appreciate the desire for a modern BBC Sherlockian look, but that scarf was a bad choice. But I do love most of it, especially those legs that look like they might actually support her weight!
METTAT0N (Lucia) Score: 0 Comments: sorry to hear Metta is unwell
Dangerous Tinfoil Shoes (Bryce) Score: 4.5 Comments: I was expecting loads of gardeners so I'm relived to only see one. Not the most original idea. The execution is fine, nothing outrageously poor, but that pink clashes badly with her red hair. A cool (blue, green, purple) color would have elevated this look where the pink drags it down.
RENstrawberry (Robin) Score: 6 Comments: Meh, it's super cutesy, but that's sort of the problem? Robin looks like an elementary school kid painting rather than an adult artist.
Toshi Yukiko (Sienna) Score: 5.5 Comments: I like the more original professions a lot. This is really cute, and the simplicity feels legit, but it's just too simple. Plus I've been clear about my feelings on the meat paws. At least a hand mod please, anything but meat paws.
Haji Demon (Uma) Score: 7 Comments: Ooof, I love the creativity! Goggles or glasses, not both though. Also meaty-meat hands, why?
The Dread Wolf (Isabelle) Score: 6 Comments: Yeah, you can't dress like that in a lab. I'm also just sick of "sexy" legs in general. Otherwise pretty.
Finished my judging, sorry it's rushed. I agree with switching up the models!

Hey Tink, do you have time to judge this round? Here are the rankings without Tink's scores. As it is, It looks like Pianette will win and metta and tinfoil will be out. Tinfoil got the lowest score by a point but her design was better than a few of the other designers that scored low. She just didn't fill in a description. What do you all think? Challenge #6 Ranking 1. Pianette 25 2. sufjan stebens 24.5 3. elphiethesane 24 4. Haji Demon 22 5. RENstrawberry 19 5. The Dread Wolf 19 6. Darkerdemons 13.5 6. Sana Minatozaki 13.5 6. Toshi Yukiko 13.5 7. Dangerous Tinfoil Shoes 12.5 8. METTAT0N 0

Hey everyone, so sorry that I haven't been around more. Feel like a broken record here. I agree with Mett and Tinfoil being out, and Pianette winning. It's close between Tinfoil and Toshi though.

Its no problem!
It looks like Darkerdemons, Sana Minatozaki, and Toshi Yukiko all got the same score. So if Tinfoil doesn't get choosen then the decision becomes harder. After last week though where Toshi didn't write a description either and had a much worse design than Tinfoil this week, I would support Toshi leaving instead of Tinfoil as they are in the bottom as well.

That's where I was at with Toshi, this is the second week where the entry just really hasn't been up to par. But Tinfoil did have the lowest score for the week, and I fully support going with the numbers.

I disagree that Toshi's design was worse. If they'd used an arm-mod it would be leaps and bounds better than flower arms + floral background. Tinfoil's just looks cleaner because they used newer items and had the good sense to use mods. That said, track records taken into consideration, I don't really want to see Tinfoil go home this week either. I would stand behind Toshi going home if you guys want to do that. I'm also willing to have a conversation if there is any one of the others that we think has been slipping/not holding up to par. Whatever you guys want to do.

Sorry, I was comparing Toshi's tarot design to Tinfoil's Career one since neither wrote a description. If Toshi had written a description for the last challenge, I would not be singling them out now. They only survived because there was a dropout. It seems unfair for them to survive last round with a subpar entry and no description, and then have someone get in the same position as them and get kicked out. Tinfoil's entry this week was far above Toshi's from last round.
However, I am new to the judging on PR and I'm not sure how much I am supposed to be looking at track record.
If you look at the numbers though for this week, the description itself is worth 25% of the score and if you don't have one, that automatically deducts 2.5 points. So if Tinfoil had written a description, they would have placed over the bottom three.
In regards to who I think should go, I don't really want Toshi to go as they have had some original ideas, but it seems like Tinfoil is just the better designer.
I think whatever we decide on, it needs to be stressed to them that descriptions are essential.

But if we're comparing last week's and this week's I agree with you anyway XD I think in the past it's been more of a week by week situation, but I always found that odd since I think the whole body of work should apply at least a little to who stays and who goes. Everyone has an off week after all. I agree it's a difficult decision overall. I think though, in the end, I'd hitch my cart to Tinfoil and send Toshi home based on the bodies of work, Toshi dodging the bullet last time, and their scores being so close together. But we can wait to hear from Bae and/or Tink for some additional insight. Yeah, the reprimanding needs to happen. We're far enough in for them to know better. Even a sentence is better than NOTHING.

Hey guys! So I think Tinfoil has had a bit stronger body of work than Toshi has, and I think after last week Toshi was on thin ice. Honestly kind of feel like she needed to have a stellar week this time, and I'm just not sure she hit the nail on the head? So I'm on board to send Toshi and Mett home, give Tinfoil another chance.
But there is going to be some definite reprimanding, try to give everyone a wake up call. Cause there are a lot of them that I feel have been kind of phoning it in. Hopefully having different models across the board will help too.
