lya looked back over at him "for one..dont bet what you dont have. and for two. im an elf. im as old as a great oak and older. how old is the breath of a tree..or a stream..or a moutain.." she smiled as she looked back over the arena

the stadium lit up and the formatoin for lyas battle arena quickly put them selves together.
a loud bell went of and then an over voice
"welcome all to our next fight. Lya wild vs. Sogue
this is going to be the biggest one of the day people so lets get your seats and enjoy the show.
contestants please find your way to the arena entrance. you will have 1 min to learn your new feild."
the voice said and then fadded.

And, also, I was just kidding, thirdly, I used to be a vampire, so i'm old aswell."

lillya Wild "well old man..its time.." lya got up and slowly made her way down but lost herself in the cword . after five seconds she was were she needed to be. Sogue shook his head at the old man comment and walked slowly to the middle of the stadium. He didn't want to show lya any of his tricks or waste energy until it was time. He was at his fighting best.

He frowned at the cheering. "Well," he said to lya, "you're a very popular girl I see. No one is cheering for me exept my fiancee."

"your free to go, good luck" the gaurd said knoding his head to you as you left. as you entered there was alot of chearing for lya.....looks like you have a name to make for your self. Sogue nodded. It was time to make a name for himself. If he could defeat the crowds biggest celebrity, he could make a quick impact on the stadium itself.
He drew form and essence and closed his eyes, breathing deeply.

Sogue breathed in......and released. He readied all his senses for the slightest movement, x-ing out the sound of the crowd. He knew Dite was cheering for him, and that was all that mattered. He would know if one thing happened around him and be ready for it.

lya stood one a tree branch and waited her mind was blank and her green eyes were ice cold and hard. she watched him like a cat watches a mouse. all there was was her him and the world. there was no one else

"aye. but no worrys. may the best being win.." she turned and was gone through the arena looking and feeling. your feelings left you inivsible as your touch got use to the suroundings. you became one with the forest and agreed. "fighters......yout minute is over you may stay where you are. your battle begins in 3.......2.........1" and with that another loud bell went off and the stadium closed over top and a protection device closed you into the feild to keep the addiance(sp) safe. you could hear there screams of exzcitment and clashing against the windows, like some kind of zoo. the battle has begun and anything goes.
