I say Ino because it's unpredictable and their relationship is kinda like an old married couple. Here's how I predict their first kiss would be like.
[on a mission to collect herbs]
Naruto: Ino! Ino! I found some what do you think?
Ino: Let me see.
Naruto: Here [gives assorted plants to Ino]
Ino: Hmm....poisonus...poisonus...poisonus...poisonus...not poisonus.
Naruto: What is it?
Ino: A lilly, geez you suck at gahering herbs.
Naruto: Hey I dont know anything abut this plant stuff all these flowers look alike to me.
Ino: *sigh* Well at least you have me, I got enough for the both of us. It's gettig dark, lets go home...Which way is home?
Naruto: It's that way!
Ino: No, it's that way.
Naruto: That way!
Ino: That way!
Naruto: That way!
Ino: That way!
Naruto: Well I going this way.
Ino: Fine go that way see if I care.
[a minuet later]
Naruto: WAAAHHH!!
Ino: Naruto!
[Ino rushes to Naruto's aid to find that he's fallen into a deep sink hole.]
Naruto: Ino, help I fallen in and cant get back up.
Ino: *sigh* Why not just climb up using your chakra?
Naruto: I tried, it's too slippery, lend me you hand.
Ino: Fine, grab hold Ill pull you up.
Naruto: Thanks alot, I owe you one.
[Naruto grabbs Ino's hand and starts to climb back up.]
Ino: Hold on, not so fast, Im...AHH!
[Ino falls in too]
Ino: Owwwww! Naruto! Now were both in here and it's all your fault!
Naruto: Well why could you just keep your grip?
Ino: ...Ill get up and get help then, Haaa!
[Ino tries to run up the wall but slipps and falls]
Naruto: I told you, the wall is too slippery.
Ino: Owww ow ow ow owwwww.
Naruto: y-you okay?
Ino: No, my leg, I think I broke it.
Naruto: Let me see.
Ino: Ow dont touch it.
Naruto: Dont be such a baby, It's just a sprain...*sigh* I guess we're stuck here untill morning.
Ino: This is all your fault you know right.
Naruto: My fault?
Ino: Yes your fault, if it wasnt for your incompetence then we wouldnt've gotten into this hole in the first place.
Naruto: My incompetence? You couldn't even pull me out of a hole, now if Shikamaru or Kiba or even Sakura were here then I could be half way home by now.
Ino:........I hate you.
Naruto: I hate you too.
Ino: ...................
Naruto: ...............
Ino: .................Ramen brain.
Naruto: .............Flower head.
Ino: So that's how you want to play huh scar face?
Naruto: Yeah that's how I want to play horse head.
Ino: Wannabe.
Naruto: Second banana.
Ino: Shark bait.
Naruto: Boar feed.
Ino: Spike head.
Naruto: Fashion slave.
Ino: Orphan fox.
Naruto: ...b***h!
Ino: Oh!
[Slapps Naruto across the face.]
Naruto: That hurt!
[Slapps Ino back]
Ino: You cant hit me Im a girl!
Naruto: You are, and I just did.
Ino: ....ARRRGGHH!!
[The two get in a struggle, pulling hair, ripping clothes, and clawing at eatch other untill finally they lock in a passionate kiss.]
Naruto: Mmmh you know you're beautiful when you're angry.
Ino: Shut up and kiss me.
[Next morning]
Neji: Over here I found them.
Shikamaru: And did you ever.
[Naruto and Ino are found in the hole, half naked, asleep in each other's arms.]
Shikamaru: Wake up.
[Shikamaru throws a pebble at Naruto who wakes up and scrambles for his clothes while Ino sirrs herself awake, screams, and scrambles for her clothes.]
Shikamaru: Tsunade was worried about you, thank the hevan's for Neji's Byakugan or we would've never found you.
Ino: Just shut up and pull us up!
[Shikamaru and Neji both help Naruto and Ino out of the hole and escort them back to the village.]
Shikamaru: looks like you had fun.
Ino: Bite me.
[Later after Shikamaru and Neji are gone]
Ino: Naruto.
Naruto: Yeah Ino?
Ino: Last night didnt happen, understand.
Naruto: Yeah...Seeya Ino.*walks away*
Ino: *bluhes* Bye Naruto.

its between sakura and hinata because hinata already loves him and she kinda not as shy as she was when she was lil. and sakura might like because ther no more sasuke.. i hope its hinata though

Whenever she talked with him she was studering.

Good question! biggrin Well I think Sakura since Naruto likes her and since Sasuke is with Orochimaru. Wouldn't it be cute though, if Naruto and Hinata went together?.. 3nodding

Hahaha! You made me remember something my friend said he heard somewhere about Naruto and Hinata: "Hinata is so hot for Naruto, she want's to eff' him up the butthole." Lol... I lol everytime he says that!

I think Hinata because I hate scream Sakura!!!! evil I'd hate it if they ended up together!! PLus Temari and Shikamaru might have something going on and Ten Ten like Neji... PPLus I really want it to work out between Naruto heart Hinata!!! xd

hinata hands down.
i've seen hints of sasuke actually caring for sakura. don't come and say that it'll be sasuhina coz that's too weird.
besides naruto doesn't take his infatuation on sakura seriously anymore.
