He woke up, eyes fluttering. "B-Brooke? You're alright? Where's my sweet Angelica?" His voice was weak, but he had a look of optimistic hope in his eyes, a dreamy look which declared everything would be alright.
(This will be devastating...)

"Mobius..."
Brooke was still wary of previous events and stood a distance away from the man.
"You took Brooke's youth," Justin said, apathetically, "And now Angelica has been killed."
Brooke was shocked by her guardian's tone and begged him not be so insensitive. He was clearly upset, though.

(I must've misread. I thought you said that Mobius killed her by eating her vitality.)
For a few moments his eyes watered as he slumped. His eyes were wide in horror and his mouth was open in shock. "N-n-no... It can't be..." Then he saw the body.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"
He broke down into choking sobs, interjected by the occasional mournful wail and degenerating into actual choking. He coughed and sputtered, unwittingly cutting off his own air and still attempting to let loose cries of anguish.
((*cough* The page stretch was really really bothering me, so I hope you don't mind too much that I took the liberty of shrinking down your "argh" a bit.... sweatdrop ~Ano))

Justin restricted Brooke by wrapping his arms about her, now widened, hips.
"He still may not be safe," He told her, strictly.
Brooke tried to pry his arms away, but was succumbed to fits or tears as well.

I was here... [OOC: Hey guys. I know that I'm interrupting the roleplay, but would you guys be interested in being spotlighted? We're thinking about starting a roleplay spotlight in addition to quest spotlights.
Er...and we're working on updating all that jazz too sweatdrop Stratus and I really need to get on top of our stuff X.x ] ...and then I was gone.

Brooke lowered her gaze. "No. You are not dreaming," she said, "Not any more than you have been all of this time."
"There is nothing to be done" Even Justin's sightless eyes shone with tears.
"You were angry... Mobius was angry... There's so much hate..." Brooke's words ran together with the tears down her face. The sky clouded like her mind.

Matt noticed some people crying, and was about to turn away, when he noticed the body... He quickly broke the window he was sitting by, leaving money to pay for a repair, then jumped out and ran over. "What happened here?" He was, of course, going to take over and see if there was something he could do.

Brooke and Justin both jolted into attention at the sound of approaching footsteps.
Brooke made efforts to place herself between the approaching figure and Angelica's corpse as to block his view.
[Master Mobius, you spoke of some magic... Was Angelica not mortal/real?]
