Odd watched Sub, RC, Night and Ship take off without him with a sigh. "They said they were going to Unova for Dark Gems?" He asked of himself, trying to make sure he heard that right. For whatever reason, he decided against following them. With four of them, he felt certain they'd find what they were looking for.

As he turned to wander out by the lake, intending to get a drink of fresh water, rather than the stuff that had to run through HQ's plumbing, he spotted someone he didn't recognize. "Howdy stranger." He greeted as he approached. "Something wrong?" He asked, seeing the look of distress on the bespectacled man.

"Ah!" Al jumped slightly at the sudden emergence of another person. "I-I-I'm f-f-fine!" He insisted. "My c-c-camps-s-site's been o-o-overrun by s-s-strange p-p-people though." He moaned. "And I-I-I f-f-failed to find a P-P-Pokemon I w-was hu-hunting ear-earlier...."

"Huh?" Odd asked, not exactly sure what was just said to him. "What's with the stuttering? I can barely understand you...."

"I-I-I g-g-get n-n-nervous around p-p-people....." Al responded.

"Social Anxiety Disorder?" Odd asked, kneeling to get a drink of water from the lake.

"I t-t-thought it w-w-was getting bet-t-t-ter." Al sighed as he looked at his pathetic reflection in the water.

"No worries. I was like that when I was a kid." Odd replied, letting out a breath of relief as the cool water of the lake slid down his throat.

"But you are a kid...." Al noted, seeing that the white-haired teen couldn't have been more than 18 at best.

"To you, maybe, but not to me." Odd responded with a laugh. "Anyhow, those strange people are probably some of mine. Want me to get rid of them for you?" He asked of the older man.

"Y-y-yes please." Al agreed, letting out a long-held sigh of relaxation. It would be nice to get back to his journal. And perhaps work on expanding The Lair with the help of Mr. Vantas if he was still in the mood to do so. With a nod from Odd, he led the younger male back to his base and stood aside as the white-haired male stepped inside.

"Alright everyone, I think it's time we all stepped outside." He announced to the gathering of humans in the Secret Base within the mountain. "It seems like you've all run off this cave's owner, so if you'd all be so kind, step outside and apologize to the poor man. I'm sure if you ask nicely, he won't mind you hanging out but try not to overwhelm the poor fellow." He made sure his voice was loud enough to be heard by all without shouting and, to illustrate the lack of choice here, he released Dissonance the Golett to relocate anyone that chose to ignore him or resist.

He wasn't trying to be mean in the slightest but this wasn't exactly part of HQ, so those inside had likely wandered in by mistake and, based off Al's reaction to him by himself, had likely caused the inhabitant to have a bit of a panic attack. Poor guy.

"Geez, I thought this team were mercs, not firemen out to a fire." Freth spoke up. She too gotten the message pretty quickly and met up with the group just as quick, thank to her Kadabra. However, she was pretty astounded as to how quickly everyone left when the biggest indication of the order to move out was a sticky note on the fridge in the kitchen. "What's going on that got everyone out in a hurry?"

"A good idea. those fragments are dangerous." RC comments. He really wanted to get moving. He could feel the cold starting to settle on him.

"I didn't want to get stuck in a wall myself. and besides, as much as you despise him, he is the brains of this group, however twisted that brain may be." RC says with a sigh.

"Really? Are we to be expecting company by chance?" Freth asked.

"You know," Night said, shaking her head slowly, "Sometimes I worry about the sanity of us all that we actually allow HIM to lead us."

Glancing up at the boy, Night decided it best to torment him just a little by re-releasing Loki. Upon breaking free from the confined space of the pokeball, the small red-colored Skitty would immediately shake out his fur before mewling up at Sub, 'innocently.'

Sub folded his arms and huffed at the comments made about him, of all the nerve. "Hey, next time some omnipotent force backed by high end evil technology threatens the world, don't come crying to me!" He declared, before stepping back in shock as he saw the feline monstrosity. "I hate cats..." He mumbled before walking to the south of Icirrus City, towards Twist Mountain. "Let's get this over with, I'm sure you'll enjoy Twist Mountain, Freth, what with all the snow and cold."
