Hello! Cali isn't in charge of the OL so can't help here. We are still updating familiars on the new Soquili Era OL, most are listed on the old version of the familiar owner's list and we are still in the process of migrating them over. You can find it here:
However, there is no requirement to have a pet listed on the OL to do anything with them. You are free to request cert updates, and any other updates as you wish. The OL is not required for anything. Hope that helps!
