Cale Darksun Ral Roke I'm surprised that you haven't. 1. He's a PC. I dont want to be called a modder. 2. I'm a good guy and he's not even a real Sith Yet. I have to at least ATTEMPT to set him on the path of rightousness, or at least shuffle him off the path to the Dark side. I cant just shank him and go. I fully realize why you haven't but it's ridiculous the opportunity at hand.

I got knives, silenced pistols, garrote wire, lightsaber, I even got a damn vibropickaxe! He could be Dead 40 ways before the body hit the ground! But if I can turn him away from working for Nakara, maybe convince him to give me info as well, It would be a major victory that a corpse would not bring. But still....Gah! Must resist all temptation!

Those would be the rules pirates would have to agree to in order to be part of your crew. They're ship's Law and any pirate who is crew and breaks them is in trouble.
They vary from ship to ship but heres an example taken from Privateers:
1.Every member shall have a vote, when votes are called, and equal share of provisions found.
2.All booty shall be doled out fairly, under the watch of a group elected by the crew. Defrauding the ship and crew shall be punished by marooning.
3.No gambling or intoxicants on duty.
4.Weapons and vacuum suits to be kept clean and serviceable at all times.
5.No minors or idle family.
6.Desertion of one's battle station is punishable by marooning or death, at vote of the crew.
7.No fighting on board. Personal disputes are to be settled planetside by duel.
8.No retirement or disbanding until every crew member has shared 100000 credits. The crippled shall receive 80000 credits out of the public stock, and for lesser wounds proportionally.
9.The captain, engineer, and weapons officer shall receive two shares. The other officers shall receive one and a half shares. All other crew members shall receive one share.
Ship's articles are different, however, from the Pirate's Code, which is as follows: Take only that which you have won in battle. Take not from your allies. Take not from those who shield you. Respect your brother and sister pirates. Respect and honor their allegiances. Respect and honor those who fight against you. Relish in the taking of a prize. Relish not in destruction for destruction's sake.
Also remember that, as Captain, you're only in charge as long as the crew thinks you're doing a good job. A Pirate ship is a true democracy with every crewman having equal say.
