We do allow corrections to names that are misspelled! In addition, we will make exceptions to name changes for transgender pets, as we understand characters can evolve over time. This is not a set rule and is typically handled on a case-by-base basis. I was not aware this was the reasoning when you requested a name change for your usdia. If this is the case, then I can approve the name change. I apologize for the miscommunication!
