they also ******** up with the ASP

by putting a 1975 weapon in the bay of pigs invasion as the very first weapon you use
The ASP was a deep cover weapon for spies, who the ******** would give THAT to frontline infantry?
they gave the weapon to you, not infantry.

seeing as youre a cia operative or whatever it seemed appropriate but it wasnt around for the bay of pigs yet
Actually, the cops in that level also have ASPs.
I didnt bother to check, I just blasted them and carried on.

also I noticed they also gave you an m16 with a 203....

which AFAIK the m203 also did not exist in 1961

if there were ANY armalite designs being used during the bay of pigs it would have been the XM16E1 which DID NOT have a forward assist
Not to mention there weren't any under-barrel launchers in 1961. XM148 was a '64 design, the GP-30 was in the '70s.

everyone hates redem,

I find it funny that he repeats all of the exact same BS and braindead logic that the brady bunch and anti crowd in general have been trying to spoon feed us for the past 25 years.

even in light of the fact that guns are used more times preserving peace than they have been for taking lives he continues to remain a zombie.

ignorance can be cured, but stupid is forever.

Das Rabble Rouser
I heard a story from my grandpa that takes the cake. He had an old hunting buddy who was a real outdoors man. He knew a lot about hunting and survival skills. He had a pretty good friend back East who was a doctor. Every year the doctor would pay this guy to take him hunting for deer. All he was interested in was a trophy head. The doctor paid for supplies, paid the guy for his time, and let him keep the meat and the hide. That's a pretty good deal right? Well eventually the doctor died, but before he kicked off he told a friend of his who was also a doctor about the hunter. His friend decided to hire the hunter on similar terms. The doctor brought an automatic rifle with him. It wasn't semi auto, it was fully automatic. The hunter told him he didn't need it, but the doctor insisted that he bring the weapon because he wanted to make sure he killed it. During the trip the doctor heard some rustling behind a bush and rather than waiting to see what it was he just sprayed it with his rifle. When the gun went off the hunter freaked out and knocked the barrel to the ground. When he checked behind the bush he found a moose. It was still alive, but pretty badly wounded. The hunter put the moose out of its misery then turned the doctor in at the ranger station.

Reminds me of a story my Dad told me. Well we live and work on a ranch. So during hunting season. we require all horses to have orange on. Well about 20 years back. my dad was riding a white horse (about 16 hands). so he was riding along and he had it shot right from underneath him. the hunter came up to him about 20 mintues later and says. What are you doing with my elk? ....moral of the story if you dont know what your hunting for, dont go hunting...

this is a true story....

Actually, I tried this once, for fun. It destroys the chance of a quick follow-up shot, but it's not particularly inaccurate for slow shooting.

Really? You'd think not having a clear view of the sights would be an issue.

it's actually only a few degrees off from a series of legitimate shooting stances

Nah, you've got a perfect view of the sights, they're just sideways. They still work, though.

Also, it is, in the right circumstances, perfectly acceptable to hold a pistol sideways.

Would you be so kind as to educate the inexperienced grasshopper on the issue with this shooting position?

There's nothing wrong with HIM, but look closely at the scope mount.
