Shronda looked at Suzu. She wanled up to him and gently steered him into the back room. She shut the door, "What is going on with Evans? why did he show up and just leave? does he not know how much Chiyo misses him?"
Chiyoko stood, "Come out... I can feel you... and smell you." She looked over in the direction where she could feel the demon.
"I see..." He became visible, "You are better than I thought, for your young age."
Chiyoko placed her hand on her blade's hilt, "Don't patronize me." her eyes were practically black as she stared at the demon.

"....it's becuase he's fighting to keep the gate of hell closed,"Suzu made a picture out of magic,"The gate of hell has been acting up and releasing more demons than usual, Evans found this out after he freed Chiyoko, he found that his power could close the doors to hell, but it take a great tole on his body and spirit, when he came and save Sky and Omi he took out a large amount of energy, he's now more powerful than before and he's trying to fight back to save EVERYONE..............and he didn't even think about himself, he misses Chiyo so much, that just to keep himself from running off to her, he stabbed himself to the cross he has created to seal the door to hell,"

Shronda gasped, "WIll.. will he be able to come back to her?"
Chiyoko stared at the demon as he chuckled, "You are one to not be underestimated." he then became serious, "Nevertheless... i am hungry and haven't eaten a nice human for a while. You have demon in you.. so that is a nice treat as well." he dissappeared.
Chiyoko was on keen alert, ready for any sound or motion of the dead plants around her. She saw a black blade of grass in front of her shift. She jumped out of the way as the demon clamped its jaws right where she was. She had her blade out and she stabbed him.
"ah!" he became visible and he quickly pulled the blade out of his shoulder, "You pest!" He threw Chiyoko.
Chiyo flipped in the air and landed on her feet, "Stop playing." she glared.
The demon stared, "No more games then." a wind picked up and he became invisible again. Chiyoko changed into her demon form. The two lunged at eachother in battle.

"....................................that depends only on Chiyoko's will to live, if Chiyo can't live without him, he won't come back, if she learns that she doesn't need to be saved by him, then he will come back, but because of her current power...........that day may not come,"Suzu felt a strain in the air but did not react

"I see..." Shronda became increasingly worried for CHiyoko.
Chiyoko's teeth clutched the demon's arm. He smashed her body into the ground.
"Evans won't come for you, girl." the demon laughed.

Suzu sat in a chair holding his head,"If I help her...........then nothing wiil get better,"Suzu remembered reading a tablet that he found in the hidden libary, 'If the light of the demon cannot shine on it's own, then there would be no hope for the future'

CHiyoko shut her eyes as the demon tossed her into some trees. "He loves me... he saved me..." She rememered the fire.
"He won't come for you! He's left!" The demon laughed as he lunge at her, sinking his claws into her flesh.
Chiyoko screamed with pain. He tossed her aside again, "No... he'll never leave me..." She had a tear in her eye as she remembered him holding her and kissing her head.
The demon laughed as he grabbed her, tossed her into the air and used her as a baseball, sending her flying into more trees, "If he never left you, then why isn't he here to proctect you?! He abandoned you four years ago. If he loved you, he wouldn't have left you... he wouldn't have left you alone to watch those two children of yours." The demon hovered over her.
Chiyoko's mind buzzed back to all the memories of her and Evans. a tear ran down her cheek.
Shronda shifte, "I hope she does just that... I hope she realizes she can live without him so he can come back..."

Suzu felt a streak of energy,"NO YOU IDI.....oh...don't scare me like that,"Suzu sat back in his chair
Evans' voice echo through the air above Chiyoko and the demon,"You must learn to fight on your own Chiyo..........I can't always be there..........you lived for four years without me...........I'm sure you can take care of yourself........use the power.........i left with you,"a small ball of light came to Chiyoko
((use the power of fire, water, light, and ice okay, that's what he left, I'll explain if you want))

"Is... everything ok?" Shronda looked at Suzu curiously.
Chiyoko shut her eyes, the tears burning them. *As you wish...* she absorbed the ball of light. A fury of energy swept through her body. Her wounds started to heal.
"What..?" the demon was a bit surprised, "Still alive? heh... I'll end it now!" he swung his arm down.
Chiyoko's eyes shot open, "Die..." A ribbon of fire shot from her demon paw and surrounded the demon, burning it. she then turned back to her human self, her eyes blazing black, "i can live without him... I don't need him. I was fine without him before, and I can live without him now." she raised her hands as some water gathered around it. The water engulfed her hand and turned into ice at her finger tips, "Now... die you piece of scum!" she ran at the demon, blinding it with the light. She took her hand and stabbed the demon right in his heart, digging deeper and deeper. She grabbed his heart and froze it.
"AH!!!!!" He screamed with pain as he started to freeze.
Chiyoko pulled her hand out of the perfectly frozen demon. She formed a small stream of fire and slashed the demon in to pieces with it, "sweet dreams." her eyes glinted yellow as she turned, walking into another medow. This medow had beautiful tulips and rose bushes. As she walked by the flowers, her aura sucked the life out of the beautiful life force she once enjoyed. *Everything... why do I even care...?* a picture of her children flashed into her mind, "Yes... that is why I care... I just wish I could be who I use to be." her wounds started to heal, "He has no clue how much I've changed..." she could feel her once orange aura seep deeper into darkness. "I don't need anyone to protect me... I just need someone to protect." she shut her eyes as she headed towards the viliage.

"....you finally learn,"Evans appeared through a haze,"But how strong do you think you are," Evans summoned a blue sword and got ready for battle,"........come," "It's just........Evans' plan has gone into motion, he knows how much pain he's enduring, but he's still fighting, he's got to know how much pain is putting his soul in, he can't fight Chiyo or he's going to kill himself,"

Chiyoko's black eyes penetrated Evans's eyes. She stood there and stared at him. She said in a cold voice, "You're too weak to fight me. I like my opponents to be strong." She walked past him, giving off her deathly aura. The grass and plants near her froze as she walked.

"......Chiyoko....................you've already lost,"a huge cut appeared on Chiyoko's chest, the plants that died with Chiyo grew and came back to life, they surrounded Chiyo and sealed her in a vine cage,"You've yet to see why I called out to you, I gave you something when i broke the hourglass four years ago, I gave you a special power i thought you could control, it seems that I was all too right, but you've let darkness consume,"Evans fell on one knee and couged up black blood,"I'm in even worse shape than I thought, sorry Suzu I should have trusted you, but now I pay for my action uh uh gggggggaaaahhhhhhhhhh,"hundreds of millions of spear blades came out of his back((basicly like this exspt a boy))

*Love... Love... laughter...* chiyoko's mind flashed *Death... cold... hate...* she shut her eyes *peace... my children's touch...* she grasped her head *your husband left you... you dumb girl...* Chiyoko opened her mouth, "Get... away..." A black shadow surrounded her, breaking the cage. "I... don't... want you..." She fell to her knees as she looked up and saw Evans get pierced with spear blades. Her eyes went from black, to a calm caramel brown, then to black as the shadow started to swirl around her, "But you need me... you've become so cold... dark... DEAD..." It carressed her face. Chiyo pulled away, "I dont need you... I don't want you... leave or you'll pay." The shadow laughed. Chiyo wasn't in a mood to be toyed with and she shot her hand out. Light, Fire, water, and Ice shot into the shadow demon that had taken advantage of her depressed state 3 years ago. She gasped as Chiyo stood up, her eyes their normal brown, "I said.. leave." She made the elements grow inside the shadow demon and she killed it. She looked at the ground, "I'm sorry..." the frozen ground melted and the plants became normal. She looked at Evans and a tear ran down her cheek, "I'm sorry... I failed you... Evans." she turned her back to him, hiding her face. There was nothing she could do.

Evans pulled the spears out,"It was my fault for leaving you alone for so long,"Evans stood up as blood began pour from his back,"I promised that I would protectt you, I could even stop a few demons from crossing, I wish i could stay wit hyou,"Evans staggered over to Chiyoko and hugged her from behind,"I wish I could stay,"

Another tear ran down her face, *Why... why are you torturing yourself like this?* she turned and hugged him back, more tears running down her face. Evans's back started to glow as some plants crept out of Chiyo's hands and went over his wounds. The gashes started to heal from her love for him. *You don't have to do this alone Evans... You promised to protect me... I now promise to protect you as well...* she kissed his chest.
