huh? What's that? Oh, it appears that my producer is telling me that Hank is fainted. That can't be right, as Hank was clearly standing up! See? She's fine.... Oh... Oh? Well, dang.
It appears as though Hank was encased in a Tepig sized block of ice! It was an unfortunate side effect of being so close to Sneasel at the time of the Blizzard. Ohman, she had a good run.
Maia groaned. "Come on Haaaank. We're gonna have to work on this." She said, returning the Tepig to her pokeball, and leaving a Tepig shaped hole in the ice. Maia rubbed her chin. Which pokemon to use? She could use Finn, but the Fire type would wreck him.... So, the only other option was...
"Go, Jack!" Maia said, throwing a pokeball into the air! It opened and released the Wynaut.... who promptly flopped onto his belly, staring at the Sneasel and Volcerona across the battlefield. "...I can tell that he's really motivated." She said, turning to look at Night and Peep.

But from what Sub said, the force of my attack should of only scattered the pieces down upon Sinnoh. The fact that they are showing up elsewhere is very worrisome. " RC explains as he lets off another puff of smoke.

Freth, who was silent through the whole story, rubbed the back of her head. And here she thought her story was a rough one. "........." All she could do was remain silent...suddenly those cheri berries didn't seem all that appetizing.

It had seemed to me that Peep took the greater damage of the two, so for the Torchic to survive where Hank had fainted... well, it spoke volumes of Peep's strength. Shame this was a battle against a frie... fellow Snagem. Peep's strength would do well in my team.
Nevertheless, this called for a different strategy. Peep's strength also made it a threat. After looking at Reno and tilting my head in the Torchic's direction, I ordered Sneasel to serve Peep a fresh batch of Fury Swipes, topped with a healthy helping of Metal Claw.
...ugh, and now I remind myself of Striation. Really gotta start my badge run back up soon.

Suddenly, Amaranth seemed uneasy, but mostly on the idea of fighting. She knew a bit, she knew she had to sometimes, but it wasn't something she really liked.

Reno could already see Nova was working out some issues, so he just let him go ahead with the Heat Wave against Peep. No need to intervene. Reno felt a pang of evil as the meteorite in his pack began to pulse, testing his will again. Fighting back against it, Reno felt a few of his muscles tighten from the effort. He was getting better but it seemed to be doing so too.
At the sidelines, Leslie noticed the subtle shift in Reno and wondered what was wrong. Maybe he had involuntary muscular movements? No way that meteorite could do anything to him.

But I will still do what I can to help track down and recover the fragments. They are just too dangerous to leave alone." RC says with a nod of agreement.
