So here's a thought: where are all these blue adventuring kobold's coming from?

Maybe a band of gnomes recently kicked out a band of blue kobolds from a nearby underground lair? So they all hate gnomes, but then who doesn't.
I don't know the area that well, but considering we just killed about a couple dozen kobolds and that they seem to appear inside the vast majority of low-level dungeons... does it matter? They seem to be living under everybody's feet.

I read some stuff from the Races of the Dragon designers on Kobolds and their alignment that kind of lends itself toward why you're seeing neutral alignments. Quote: One of things I explored in this book is that kobolds are not evil by nature so much as they are evil by reaction. Their race has been mistreated by other races (gnomes in particular) for countless generations. So, if a Kobold is forced to live amongst surface society and is forced to work with people from other cultures I'd think it likely to drop the evil alignment. They will maintain a hatred of Gnomes however, so they'll have moments of evil when encountering them.

Cale Darksun Johnny Malone Cale Darksun Raining Wolf King Where the ******** is everyone this weekend? At my house, playing Dungeons and Dragons where we went into a dungeon, killed an entire kobold tribe, a number of undead, ogres, doppelgangers, and a nasty wizard. There was no plot, no deep story, no dire mystery or ultra-dark theme. Just a band of heroes united in a common goal to pillage the lair of an evil wizard because he had a bounty on his head. It was a very simple, exciting dungeon crawl. We had fun, though Nelo nearly bought it and Stellar was crushed under an Ogre club. I would like to compare this with your Fantasy Noir Eberron campaign where everyone is wandering around doing nothing and nothing exciting is happening. *Hint hint*. I'm really sad I missed that. Especially after all my pestering to do a traditional DnD game. sweatdrop sorry man. It's cool. I'm glad you guys had fun.

So I think a Marshal/Knight would be a really fun character to play as.

Yep. Bargle summoned him and tried to get him to kill the heroes, but since he's an advanced Bone Devil and beyond the capability of Bargle's level, he simply promised not to fight the heroes as long as they let him have the wizard's soul.
Oh, and in Pathfinder, Asmodeus is a god. And they have some nifty classes like Oracle, Witch, Inquisitor, and Cavalier.
It was entertaining.
