Went out for a ride on my hog to just enjoy the fresh air earlier and just my luck it actually started to downpour. So that was awesome. stare

The grocery store? Dude, I live in Louisiana. Next to Hydrogen and Idiocy, Crawfish is the most plentiful resource down here.

Then make sure you're talking about your cuisine. There are other states in the south, and frankly, some of the best chefs I've ever tasted live far away from the real deal. Cajun chefs in Minnesota, New england clams in Arizona. Also, here's something I've learned from all my cooking with friends:

You can be the greatest chef in the world, but it doesn't matter one bit if you cant' satisfy the palate of the person tasting it.




On a side note, i'm crabby mostly because i'm bored. Which makes picking a fight easy.
