bohemian_wild_child 18 years is the legal age. Its 21 in most states of the US isn't it? Yes it is 21 in all of the U.S. I belive, at least in all the states in witch I have visited. The reason I asked is because one of my friends told me it was 16 I thought that was cool but still figured I should ask!

I'm still baffled at the 16 year legal limit...me thinks whoever told you that got it confused with the legal age of consent...

The dud that served us, the only white guy that was working there, said that out of the 50 or so he personal has sold on one guy has finished the 4. That guy was a large Lebense male. I got through them all, and I am a stick of a white guy. you are obsessed with children and teh whole poppin em out and child stuff. you bloody worry me!! what were you a mid wife in a past life?? I remember when one of mates first got breath tested. He walked around school for the next two weeks with the white plastic tube sticking out of his mouth or on his ear.

ninja Well you are all correct in your findings. Its only illegal if you get caught, but police can't do anything if you are at a pub with someone over the age of 25 who can act like a legal guardian. Also you can drink as much as you like at home as long as it is your parents giving the licquor to ya. 3nodding But I think if your over 16 you can be charged as an adult depending on what you got caught doing, but don't quote me on that. ninja

Study? You must be joking! surprised I just remember this stuff from when its been on the news or when they rambled on about it back in high school. Also I love going to pubs. Thats where I found out the 25 year old guardian and the cops in high school said stuff like you can drink at home if your parents give it to you or some crap like that. rolleyes
