Umm...okay.
You know, that is...oddly hypnotic, for some reason.
Still, I think they did a pretty good job on it. Though I'm sure the blurriness helped, I can really pick out where they CGed in the mouth over the face.
Hmm...think that is the model's actual mouth? It would probably make synching a bit easier.

Its simply him nodding left and right. He zoomed in on the Mouth, which he was doing those motions as he turned left and right, and then blew it up to cover the face.
Not difficult in theory. A bit hard in pratice, unless you're a master of flash or something... I saw something similar done some time ago.

Random fruit appearing outta nowhere in the middle of the area from time to time
