My mum's father died on Monday. We had the funneral today and have the burial tomorrow. I am just a little out of it.

This is where the poker face comment comes in because it is not that I am not man enough to cry. I cry all the time. I am deeply saddned by his passing, but I have no tears. If I did have tears, they would be tears of joy that he is no longer in pain.

I'm sorry for your loss. I know what you mean about the poker face. Last funeral I went to my face was kinda glazed over but I couldn't cry. He was a friend of the family's older son. He died the day he was suppose to go to a friend of his family. That was just sad and it was around christmas time too. sad
