White? Aden had a feeling he might want to get some of that fire chi out of what he was building up, and possibly have it closer to the desired hue. He tried to disperse some of the fire chi built up, leading himself closer to the other sources in the air. Gradually, as he kept up his efforts, the reddish color was becoming softer and getting ever so closer to a goldish color.

"Alright, keep it up, Aden. You're getting there. Remember, you're using more than just one kind of Chi." I said to him. "Just get it together like I do my chi to make my Sheer Colds, Ice Beams, hell, I even do it with a Blizzard attack per se." I said to him.

Now there was a little confusion, and a realization that he might not want to disperse all of the fire chi in the process. Keep a little, try to figure out this other stuff, see if anything else could be discerned. So far, he had little luck and figured to just take all of it in. The good part to it was that it got close to the sough-after white color. The bad part was he had little grasp on what all was in there. He knew that, apart from any fire chi, there were other kinds in there. At least a couple. "Uh..."

He only hoped he hadn't gone and formed something that'd cause an explosion.

"Congrats, Aden. " I said to him. "Now brace yourself on what I am about to tell you because I want you to feel what you got right there in your hands as long as possible. What's exactly coursing through your body, right to your hands, try to differentiate what is actually what. That's what I want you to realize first of all. But what I want you to also realize as well, you just found the means for another attack without even meaning to, just like I told you that you would. Aden, that right there is the makings of a Solarbeam."

"!" Aden stepped back almost immediately. That was what this thing was intended to be!? It'd surely explain the reason for reaching that color, but he didn't want to end up responsible for something being razed by an attack like that. Apart from that, he remembered how his old man was capable of the attack himself. According to his sister, anyway. He never did end up seeing the attack.

He could feel it, though. The traces of fire chi were the most obvious, then a little bit similar to what he felt whenever Leech Seed decided to be used. His first thoughts were mostly earth in that regard, if only due to the similar nature.

The other, though, he couldn't fully get. It felt a little bit like pressurized air, and even that was vague. Air would probably be closer to wind, and this didn't feel like anything he would've known too well. Maybe that was what celestial chi was like? He wasn't too sure, and he just had started feeling the mass after all. "I'm suddenly really glad we went out as far as we did. I don't know if I'm right about this, but..." He felt around again, to be sure. "I know fire's in there. The rest, I guess, would be earth? Maybe some celestial or wind?" He wanted to at least cover all bases.

"If there is any wind chi involved, there's probably little of it where I am not picking it up. Only you would know for sure. Celestial and Fire would be there for sure, I do know, as well as the Earthen chi. Now, do me a favor, you got that attack right there in your hands. You are holding the charge as is, but I know you can get it more intense than that. I want you to do so." I said. "Performing an attack like this would take the utmost control in Chi, as well as any other attack you possibly could get, sans a few, like that flaming maelstrom of chi like that Heat Wave attack of yours." I explained. "When you finally get this down, we'll get down to what you are wanting to do. Method to the madness after all." I said.

Maybe not, Aden thought. He wasn't versed enough to tell if there was any wind chi or not. The rest of it felt much more certain, slowly becoming familiar. If nothing else, he knew what to look for. But when he was asked to amplify it, he immediately turned away. He didn't want to end up causing too much damage if things went wrong, and especially not get Blizzard caught up in it in such a case. "I'm still gonna do it." He said, in an effort to assure that he wasn't going to up and quit while he was ahead. He felt that maybe this went without saying.

Perhaps as a way to assist in his efforts, he tried to relax his mind. Gather everything he could, keep his mind off as much as possible. Gradually, the ball grew larger, brighter. What was easier to hold at first was something that became one of the few conscious efforts he maintained. He did eventually slow down his absorption, but only to ensure it didn't become too large for him to control. "This better? I could probably get a little more in there and still have a grasp of it." He finally spoke up.

"Not bad, Aden. Not bad at all." I said. Its astounding what gentle light could really be destructive. "We'll work on actually making it in full-on attack form later. But right now, while you got it in your hands, think for a moment. You got a charge right there, all with various chi in it to make what could potentially be a destructive attack. Now lets walk backwards a bit. Feel it out a bit. What you are looking for, in particular is the celestial chi...the chi that you are wanting to use Psychic with."

"Once you do that, once you think you realize what it is, I want you to stop your Solarbeam charge and focus just the Celestial Chi in one spot on your hand. Remember when your father tried hitting me that one time, and it was, to him, trying to hit a wall? We're going to do something like that."

Somehow, Aden was a little afraid of that thought. He wouldn't have imagined being able to use stuff like this. Not until he was in his twenties, at least. But maybe eighteen was close enough, he thought. But it wasn't a taste of power he wanted to fully deal with yet, so he was quite willing to back up a bit. Feeling around, getting the fire chi to disperse was easy, leaving a bundle of celestial and earth.

"Hm..." He could still feel the air-like, unusual feel of the celestial chi in it all, and something else. It felt a little bit like he went underground, only to find a garden alongside. Still remembering a little of what it was like when Leech Seed triggered, he could only assume that had to be the earthen chis. Yeah, he could get that out as well. As a result, he was left with the more unusual part of the three.

He still wasn't sure what to fully make of it as he kept feeling it. To him, it meant he might want to just look for the oddest feeling chi he could. He hoped he was right, nodding to himself and letting the remainder of the chi disperse into the air. "Alright. Let's try this." Keeping one of his hands held out, he started seeking that chi again. Ignore the fire, ignore the earth. Just the celestial chi. Nothing else would be of use.

A few seconds felt like several minutes to him, as he drew the chi to the palm of his hand. Just as before, he made an effort not to take much more than he knew he could handle. Since he wasn't too adept with it yet, it wasn't a great deal. Not compared to what he could get with his fire, at any rate. "Yeah... I think I've got it. No wonder it's called what it is."

"Not bad, Aden. You're catching on pretty quick now." I said to him. "Granted, it isnt like full on mastery, but doing what you're doing right now is really good of you. Now, if I understood from the likes of Luke and Miles and what-have-you, I could use that trick that I pulled on your father as it was seen. Given, however, that this is Celestial Chi, it doesn't have that kind of benefit, as such, we should find a different use for it. Perhaps instead of fortification, gear it more towards offensive. I'm thinking...maybe, Psychic bursts. Nothing like powerful blasts like you would see any Psychic Pokemon use, or any Pokemon capable of using such a move for that matter, but maybe you know, give lets say, a punch of yours that added..."oomph"...I guess, apart from whatever physical strength you put with it." I said to him. "It will probably take a very keen mind to pull off mind you. Because if you were in a middle of a fight, you want the chi go where you want it to go in less than split-second time. You know?"

"Uh, can you get out of my mind please?" Aden asked. "Now I know how my dad must feel whenever sis tells me to get out of his." He had actually been thinking of using it that way the whole time, since he wasn't too keen on the whole telekinesis bit. Perhaps there was a bit of irony, though, with him realizing he'd probably need the same kind of prowess to make effective use of it.

"I'd probably need something like Reflect to go defensive. But that's not really my style." To those means, he took the hand he had been building up that chi in and balled it into a fist. Focusing, he managed to focus that chi from the palm of his hand to his knuckles. Another realization quickly hit him. Dispersing it didn't seem to difficult, but the force itself and the kind of timing it'd take...

"And I'm gonna need to practice this."

"To be fair, Aden. As far as YOU fighting, you don't really have a style. Then again, neither do I, per se." I said. "Unless you call 'practical' a style. At any rate, if you plan on using Psychic like that, you would probably need to work on it like I did when Luke taught me." I said. "You need to get it to a situation where its virtually instinctive for you. Something you can do on the fly, like you can use Heat Wave or Calm Mind, only quicker than that." I said.

"Oh yeah..." Maybe he was a little too bold in making that statement. But Blizzard was right; he didn't have anything to really consider a fighting style just yet. But he hasn't really had to either. It made Aden want to try and figure that out, but he knew not to push it. He'd stand a good chance of causing unwarranted trouble, and the results weren't too great last time.

"Sorry about that. I think I know one thing that might help, though." While it didn't look like anything was being done, he had begun to just take in chi at a slow rate. He still kept the bundle of celestial chi, though. "I never really bothered constantly taking any chi in and out. Just when I needed it. So something like this might let me get more in and just use it when I have to."

"You haven't been doing that?" I asked. "Then this leaves me to wonder how good of a Heat Wave attack that you can pull off now, Aden."

"Never really thought about it." Aden shrugged. Maybe he should've caught on when it was clear that his sister did it at nearly all times. But he soon came to the conclusion that he was just dense sometimes. "Anyway, probably not as good as it could be if I did this sooner, but..."

Ignoring the chi he had built up in his hand for the moment, he focused and unleashed the fire chi he still had. The resulting Heat Wave wasn't too strong, especially compared to how it was when Calm Mind was employed in tandem. The recent revelation was another factor. But it wasn't weak either.
