42 is simple, 42 bottles, on 42 walls.
42 nuns, on 42 runs, with 42 men trying to catch up holding 42 reasons and lasting 42 minutes.
Only worry is when there's a spare 42, that's just mind blowing.

42, the men only.
Women coming other way or were stationary.
Each with, had are all open to interpretation.
Either they had in the sense of these women had some place, and those children had cousins somewhere.
Now the sticky of it is, if any of those potential children or cousins where elsewhere from the women.
Then potentially those imaginary persons could be in any potentially imaginary place, heading in any imaginary direction, including town...
So by this unreason the answer is ???.
