I don't eat breakfast often because I usually don't eat until about 10:30am.

I'd call that breakfast.

Nope, usually an hour and a half after waking up. I don't know why I just don't feel hungry first thing when I wake up.

Yeah same, but if I have to go somewhere I usually shove something down my gullet anyway. If I get up REALLY early and have to go to work then I'll just have a milo or coffee or something.

If I don't have breakfast in the morning, I get soooooooo hungry. I don't usually feel very hungry in the morning either, but I eat anyway.

A lot of the time the kids at school who missed behaved did not eat breakfast... It mucked them up.

I do eat, just not until I am about to start working. I do not feel right if I am working on an empty stomach and get hungier when serving food. I make up for it by having a large lunch/dinner.

'Tis better for have a large breakfast and gradually decrease the sive of your meals.
