Both you and Cale are moderating the RP, Des. Either one can have say. Get over it.

Speaking of, Des, can you pull my character out of your RP? I dont think I'm going to be able to contribute that much to it. Not that I have at all yet.

Rut or not, that's your problem. As a GM, you're supposed to communicate with your RPers. You want to sit back and let them do what they want to do, fine. But you can't be bitching about them taking action when you stay silent.
Now do your job or I'll find someone to do it for you. And that's final.

But what happens around it? Oh, yeah. Just because you're the one planning the major events in the RP doesn't mean you're somehow immune to the rules of the guild.

The Captain has turned the Seatbelt light on. There may be some...."Slight"....turbulence.
In the event of multiple compound hull breaches, rapid decompression, and lack of gravity and/or atmosphere, Escape pods are located on the main deck and Emergency vac suits are available near the arlocks. At this time the captain asks that you remain calm and move to your designated emergency stations. He also asks that you put out all smokables and keep your trays in the upwright position as the Hyperdrive's emergency cut outs revert us back to real space.

Xan: I've had little to no screentime since breakfast, and it's all his fault.
Nelo: So i've been busy.
Xan: You've been busy my a**. You've just been flirting with girls.
Nelo: and physics. Which is what we're about to study.
Xan: Give me a break.
Nelo: I wonder what the Force of a 400 newton Akk Dog is on a 20 newton man when the change in momentum occurs...
Xan: I got it. i'll shut up. Though I still dont' like having to upchuck my breakfast.
Nelo: and i'll post. But you didnt' have breakfast.
Xan: A cigarra is a meal unto itself.
Fluffy: woof!
Nelo: *shakes head* why do I have the misfortune of split personalities running in my head...

Yes! Something besides socializing! Huzzah. It's either...
A. An Imperial Interdictor patrol. B. A pirate ambush.
Considering Cale, I'd bet B.

More importantly, they wouldn't be stopping freight lines with their secret weapon. Gravity well generators existed long before the interdictor though...
