Cassidy jolted awake as the carriage began to move. She looked up at Alex. "So how'd it go?" She asked sleepily, her eyes still partially closed

Alex smiled at her. "I was offered the job. But I'd prefer the other one if I can get it. Cooking and serving food just seems boring, probably because I've been doing it for a while." He chuckled.

Cassidy nodded her head softly, still half asleep. "Well, whatever makes you happy." She said with a soft goofy grin.

Alex smiled and kissed her softly. "Get some sleep. I'll be back in a little bit." He said as the carriage stopped.

He chuckled softly and stepped out of the carriage and headd towards a blacksmith's workshop.

Cassidy slept lightly waiting for his return. She sighed softly, stretching her arms above her head. She slowly got up and looked out the window to see where he had gone off to.

After a while Alex came out of the workshop with a small smile on his face. He went to the carriage and sat down next to Cassidy.

"So how'd it go?" Cassidy asked, trying not to sound too excited in fears of him being declined the job. But she knew he wouldn't. She smiled and nudged him. "Come on... Tell me!"

Cassidy grinned brightly. She wrapped her arms around him and kissed his cheek. "That's wonderful!" She declared. She kissed him again. "I'm so proud."

She beamed and walked into the bar. "Drinks for everyone!" She declared, ordering a drink for herself then looking at him. "What would you like?" She asked.
