"Mmmm, well. I doubt my father has done anything to warrant any kind of sudden storms to come from that deity." Another flash of lightening filled the room as thunder rumbled heavily. Turning herself away from the window, she studied Satin for a moment. "Do you plan on staying at my fathers temple? Or are you just passing through?" An eyebrow raised curiously as she fiddled with her vines.

Satin thought for a moment. "I guess I plan on staying. I haven't had any thoughts of it before now." He smiled. "I would still love to play with your father, when he has the time, but this is a great place for inspiration. I may like to stay here for a long time."

"I'm sure father could find the time if you spoke with him." White tapped her pointer fingers together in her lap a few times. Her eyes had now focused on her paws for the moment. "And I doubt anyone would really protest to you staying around I'm sure. I wouldn't mind if you stuck around. At least you want to talk to me, or so I assume....everyone else seems too busy with their own things at the moment."

"It's fun talking to you. And I'm sure everyone's busy because of the babies. Things quite down a lot faster than others expect. I'm sure it was this busy when you were born, too." Satin said, smiling.

"Perhaps..." White started to poke at her vines again. Her eyes glancing at their smaller leaves with disinterest. The storm outside seemed to rage with the temper of a thousand gods. Which made her curious. Was there a God of Storms in all actuality? She had never heard of such a being. Not like she had met any other Gods in the first place besides her own family. How droll.
Slipping off of her window seat, she moved fluidly towards the door of her room. Stopping for just a moment to give the Angelic a glance over her shoulder. "You can follow if you want. Or go see my father. But prepare to get a little wet if you do come where I'm going." Opening the door silently, she slipped through it's opening and out into the now candle lit hall way. With the darkness of the clouds, it sure did make the temple seem more intimidating. At least with all the shadows jumping along it's marble walls.

Satin was curious as to where the girl was going. He stood up quickly and went to follow her. He didn't appose to getting wet. He liked the rain, as long as it didn't get on his flute, which he tucked into his bag before following again.
"Where are you off to?" He asked, walking a step behind her.

"Outside." She replied as she made her way down the long spiral of stairs. Her tail giving a few flicks back and forth as she walked across the main hallway and towards a small set of double doors. They seemed fairly similar to the front doors of the temple, but they were certainly smaller. Plus they led to the back of the temple instead of out front.
Pushing the doors inward, White walked down a small, dimly lit hall until she came to another set of double doors. Opening those, she made her way outside. Where the storm still raged. Wind whipping at her hair and rain moistening her fur. "I just...need some air."

Satin nodded, understanding and followed silently as she opened the first set of doors. He followed her outisde the next set of doors, the wind blowing his fur everywhere, like White's fur. He didn't mind the rain. Satin raised his head and looked upwards as the rain fell on his face in a fury. He sniffed some, and then brought his eyes back to White. He smiled at her and sat down on a bench that he saw nearby. He would let her get her air, and in peace, too. He closed his eyes again, listening to the pitter-pat of the rain, and listening for White's movements.

The Goddess unfurled her wings and closed her eyes. Listening to the wind as it raced past her ears. The sound of the storm sent small tingly sensations up her spine. It reminded her almost of her father. Strong and powerful at times. And yet calming and soothing.
Taking a deep breath, she let her lungs fill with air before letting it out slowly. The air inside the temple wasn't this fresh. Of course not though. It never rained inside the temple.
Her eyes snapped open for a moment, turning her head to glance at Satin as he sat down on the bench. A second of silence passed before she moved to the bench herself and took a seat. Her tail wrapping itself around one of it's legs.

"I've always loved the smell of rain. What about you?" Satin asked, looking up and letting the drops fall on his face. Ever since he was little, he would always sit in the rain. Faes around him always was afraid he'd get sick, but he never did. His one complaint is that he couldn't play his flute in the rain. Metal+water=bad.
He took another breath in and looked at White.

((New rp. XD!! ))
Time had come and gone. Seasons had flown past in the blink of an eye. The younger godlings were grown and out to make a mark of their own on the world. And yet still here sat White Wine. Lost amongst the frivelous frenzy of every day life in the temple.
She had taken to sitting out amongst the vineyards. The sweet smell of the grapes as they ripened seemed to sooth her like nothing else at the moment could. Soon it would be harvest time and all the good little followers who scuttled about the temple would be out with the baskets, picking the plump fruits feverishly as the wine makers readied themselves for a months worth of labor to create her father's wines that he sent to the mortal realm. It was an end of a season for sure.
And yet, she still felt as if something had been out of place. In her thoughts, she had realized that she hadn't seen Satin in quite a while. And perhaps, in the back of her mind she kind of missed him as well. Not that she'd really admit it to herself. White prided herself on being independent. Red had taken his Angelique too quickly she thought. But whatever her twin wished to do was his own doing and she really hadn't much say in it anyway.
Quietly, she unwrapped the vine from around her tail. Which instantly was replaced with yet another. She found it odd how it always grew back so quickly but she never really questioned it and chopped it up to just being a part of herself. And so she began to weave the vine into itself, creating a small wreath somewhat similar to the one that Merlot wore. If for a lack of leaves really. Her wings twitched lightly as she focused on her task. Ignoring the world for now as it didn't really seem to need much of her attention.

Satin was walking through the vineyards, looking for something to do. He enjoyed the Wine Temple very much, and was happy to be there. The vineyards were his favorite place to play his flute. He saw White sitting, weaving a wreath with some vine. He grinned and walked over to her.
"Hello." He said. "Mind if I sit here?" He asked her.

The familiar voice made her ears perk. And she lifted her eyes to look up at the Fae who had asked if he could sit down. 'Well, speak of the devil' she thought.
Her eyes lowered again to the half woven wreath, staring at it blankly for a moment before she started to work on it again once more. "If you'd like. No one else is sitting there." White's wings flared out and stretched themselves before folding against her back once more. "Looks like its just about time for harvest it would seem." A random subject of conversation.

Satin smiled and sat across from White. He watched as she worked on the wreath.
"Yes, it does seem like it." He took a big breath in. "I'll be sad to see all the vineyards cleared, but happy that it means a new season. A lot can happen in a season." He said.

Finishing the wreath, she set it aside beside her. "Well, not all the vine yards will be cleared at once. Most of the grapes will be picked mid-September, the Late Harvest wine grapes will be picked in October and the Ice Wine grapes are normally left to freeze a bit then picked in November or December. So it'll take at least four months for everything to be picked. As well as the vine yards are quite large are you yourself have seen." White prided herself on what knowledge of her father's domain she did know. Though she herself had never taken the lessons to make wines, she did know the times of the year the grapes were harvested by watching and listening to the idle prattle of her father's special wine masters. "And only a few months later new grapes will start to appear, starting the process over again."
Interlacing her fingers the young goddess placed her paws in her lap and closed her eyes briefly. "Yes, indeed a lot can happen in just one season. And a lot more in two. But seasons pass so that new ones may emerge and bring new and exciting things to the world. Its just how the world works in its mysterious yet lovely way." Over the past few months, White Wine had felt a slight calm in her disposition. Even if she had not found quite her place in her father's home, she seemed to have found just a bit more piece to her adventurous soul. Though she was still quite the curious young female, she hadn't run away like the first time she had met Satin. Opening her eyes once more, she smiled at the angelic. "Tell me, what have you learned so far while staying in my father's temple? Its been a while since we have spoken to one another.
