I think a far more likely surviver candidate is Mace Windu. Lesser Jedi than him have survived having hands cut off and being blasted with Force lightning... It's very easy to believe that, with all the stuff going through the air on Coruscant that he hit a speeder or platform a few feet down, and went into exile.
Or got splattered.

Oh, and Boba DID survive the sarlaac pit, for those of you who read on into the EU.

Mace might've been dead before he hit the ground.

Well according to the "Prophecy" if Mace had survived, then Obi-wan would have died fighting Vader on Mustafar. The whole 'bringing balance to the force' bit. Unless Mace was cut off from the Force or gave it up. Then he would no longer be considered a Jedi and the balance maintained.

So he either died or became useless anyway.

Yeah, but prophecy doesn't account for nearly 20 jedi surviving order 66, of which Obi-wan personally saved from vader.

Like Echuu Shen-jon.

I don't believe Mace would give up the Force, unless he really thought it would help Vader be defeated later on.

Yet noone mentions the 20 or so Dark Siders who sevred Palps and Vader, like Mara Jade and the Prophets.

Course', they weren't downright Sith, but still...

I always wondered what good the prophets ever did. They seemed to be like the supreme court of the sith, but a lot lazier...

Nothing, really. Their training was mostly in visions and prophecy, instead of actual physical training, like the Hands.

Like Consulars vs Guardians.

Yeah, but even so, they didn't do anythign specific even with their powers. Visions and prophecy, I only know of them ever even decreeing one actuall event, if that.

At least consulars were enlisted to be diplomats for the government.

Galactic Mystery Number Whatever: Are Gungans edible? Such as frog-legs or kalamari.
PostPosted: Wed Aug 08, 2007 8:39 am
Answer: Most definantly. It's a delicacy on Roon.

Finally, a solution to the Gungan problem. Thank Crix.

So we send all the gungans too Roon, and sooner or later they'll end up on a fish market on Manaan.

According to Darth Fatass, 'bringing balance to the force' doesnt' mean reducing stuff to 2 Jedi - 2 Sith. Apparantly, to his stupid, post-1984 mind, 'bringing balance to the force' means putting the force out of balance by destroying the sith... Either way, Lumiya, Mara, and Palpy's clones all survived, so Annie didn't put an end to the dark side either...
