Generally pissy today. Tried downloading some new software and it pissed me off to the point of me wanting to go after the creators of said software with a knife. =____=" One of the speakers on my computer is screwed up, and when playing music at high volumes it there's a echo-y sort of crackling on really high notes. I'm just not a happy fox today.

Ugh, all this talk about wisdom teeth reminds me that I really should have mine taken out.

One already came in a year ago, and has since then rotted (is that proper grammar?) half away. I suspect another isn't too far behind.

I'm a horrible vixen; I'd rather deal with rotting teeth than go through the hassle of having surgery. xp

On the plus side, I get to hang out with my mom-- who I haven't seen since our birthday back in August-- next weekend; she's flying to Chigago for a business trip (she's a higher-up for Southwest Airlines), and she's gonna fly me out there for a few days so we can hang out. 4laugh heart

The surgery isn't that big a deal, really. I was freaked out because it was the first kind of surgery I ever had. You'll go in, and if you've paid for it, they'll give you gas first to relax you to the point of near-sleep, and then they'll inject you with a painkiller. You're awake during the entire surgery, in that, if somebody shook you by the shoulder hard enough, you'd wake up. You might feel a little lightheaded afterwards, and you'll probably be asked to lay down for a moment to gather yourself. Someone will drive you home, get you your drugs for the pain and stuff, and then you'll basically sleep four or five hours, perhaps even more. After you wake up, that's when the fun starts. Your mouth is going to hurt. And bleed. And hurt some more. The drugs take the pain away from the surgery site, yes, but if you move your mouth too much, or drink something hot or cold, it'll flare up right away. Try to drink lots of water. Even if you don't eat much, be sure to drink water. And change the gauze a lot. Lots of blood, as I said before. Should be completely healed in about a full week or so.

I woke up halfway through the surgery and they didn't bother to anesthetize me again, but I could feel them drilling my teeth and taking them out. Good thing they gave me vicodin and steroids afterwards to help with the pain...

Nevermind my last post, I bought a cheaper type of tablet that my friend said is really good :3

Oh? Please share. I would like a tablet, and if there's a decent cheap one, I'd like to know. 3nodding

If you want a decent one which is cheapish, the WACOM Graphire4 is good enough, but it's not as sensitive as the Intous3

Yeah. It's a very good tablet, especially for someone that's never had one before, like me. It's what I have. Plus, it comes with Corel Painter Essentials 2, Photoshop Elements 3.0, and something called nik Color Efex Pro 2.0 GE. Not to sure what that is...I think it has something to do with Photoshop.

I've recently come back from the parent night my uni did. Luckily there were too many parents so they asked students (who got dragged along) if they wanted to get a tour. So I accepted because I was annoyed at my parents and I was glad I did. We were taken down to the Formula SAE room and we got to ask questions about their cars (these are racing cars) and the type of things they do etc. We spent about 30-45 minutes in there and it was fun. Then we were taken out to the main court yard and shown where the library, bookshop (where a furry that I know is currently working) and some of the food places were. Then the tour ended, so I phoned my furry friend, Hider, who had finished work already, but we discussed my parents and his offer. For those who don't know, I want to move out, and hider has offered me to rent out the spare room for about $100 a week, much better than anything on campus or close to campus. Also I'll be with a friend (and his roommate) so I will have company. Also it cuts my travel time in half almost. So I'm planning to later talk to my parents about it. I'm hoping they'll allow it since they're considering putting me on campus, but it saves them money, and I'll still have internet etc. Plus I'll have my freedom that I want, which makes me very happy almost instantly.

Anyway, that's all I have to say. I have a very early morning tomorrow (5:30AM) because I have orientation at 8:30AM..... and wondering why I need to get up 3 hours before hand? It takes me about an hour to get ready and it takes 1 and a half hours to get to uni.

NOTE: This was typed a couple of hours ago, just not posted.

Oh man, so like two nights ago I went bowling with a furry friend of mine, and then he came back to my pad where we played Magic and watched anime. Then he crashed at my place. So anyways, while we were hanging out for the evening, I started getting the vibe that my friend kinda likes me. I mean like, he really likes me. Now he's a great friend, and I love him in a brotherly sense. But I really don't know how to let him down well. I mean, I'm open with being close to another guy, we even hug and cuddle and scritch. But when it comes down to it, I'm just not attracted to men that way. My only concern is that in a bizare way I've been leading him on or something with my openess to be close with another guy. So what the hell do I do. I still want to be just as close, but it will never be a relationship. I've never had a guy be into me like this before.

*cries*Roxie was just taken to be euthanized. Even though she wasn't my dog, I've taken care of her enough for the past 4 years. She's died at the ripe old age of 18.

Her accomplishments were:

Hound dog for the first 3 years of her life
Area Search Dog
Evidence Dog
Cadaver Dog

She stopped being a service dog when she was 13 years old. Her heart started failing when she was 14 years old.

Well, if you don't want to lead him on, tell him straight up that you like him as a friend and only as a friend. I'm sure you have no problem with him being gay if indeed he might be, so reassure him that you'd like to remain friends, but that he shouldn't read too much into that.
