"By the look on your face.....it was something you believed they sorely deserved....." Koko commented looking at Judith.

Judith nodded a bit,
"Well, I do believe so. A couple jealous girls I worked with tried to murder me." She said, "They nearly did but a vampire must have found me because when I woke up later I wasn't human anymore."
Judith shrugged, "I have no memory of the vampire itself or turning, the murder part itself is very fuzzy, I only know it happened for sure because they left a hell of a scar."

[gah, I didn't expect to be back this late. I got stuck editing and had I not been like "gottawriteanessayttyl" I would still be there. >> ]

Drake snorted.
"Bitches. what did you do in revenge?"  

[Zizzykitty]

"Well, I showed up again at the place we worked. I think it was about a month after the incident, I then proceeded to completely upstage them before leaving their drained bodies in a dumpster in the back." Judith chuckled a bit.
"I enjoyed it. I left Vegas right after that though."

Drake laughed. he coudl hardly jduge her after the stuff he'd done.
"remind me never to make you angry." he said, smirking

"Don't try to kill me and we'll be alright." Judith replied and laughed.

The idea of killing a someone....even out of revenge didn't please Koko, but she made no comment. She just tried to convince herself that it was out of survival of being a vampire. Just like Drake had done.....to her niece. Killed to live..... That was the law of nature, right. And as much as she had wanted revenge, and occasionally still did, she couldn't bring herself to kill Drake. His death couldn't bring Grace back.

Drae laugehd in agreement, but quietened down when he noticed koko brooding.
"Hey....perhaps that was insensitive..." he said in a quieter tone, studying her. "you ok?"

At the sound of Drake's voice she snapped out of her thoughts. "Huh....oh," she replied. "I'm fine...just getting lost in thought is all." She strolled over to the shop door as she said, "I doubt anyone is going to be coming in today...so I think I'll just close up early." She flipped the sign and glanced at the time. It was only a couple hours earlier than she normally closed so it was no biggie. "Thank you for the assistance."

"Well, I suppose we should be getting over there...." Sam commented.

"Yeah," Sam replied glumly. "Lets get going."

Together the pair left the house and headed for the church.

"Alright. You're welcome." Judith smiled.



Lillin wandered around the town with Mason in tow.
"Shouldn't we be finding a police station to ask them questions?"
"No. We're going to find the clues ourselves."
"But we have no idea who was killed or even specific locations."
Lillin paused, ".......More reason to keep looking." She said and continued walking.

Drake nodded a little uncertainly, pretty sure that wasn't the problem.

"oh, ok. Hey, no problem - it was taxing work, but i think we puled through." he smirked at the joke. "do i get 'special privilidges' for being a good boy?"

Koko busied herself by putting some more of the finished bundles out and placing the rest back into storage. She blushed at Drake's commented but then smiled. "Sure," she replied glancing to Bly and saying something in her native tongue.

Before Drake could say anything, Bly happily jumped him and licked his cheek.

Drake looked puzzled na dthen laugehd in surprise as Bly jumped up at him.
"egh, hey dogface. sorry, but you're not my type."
He fussed him behidn teh ears, trying to get him to go down again.
"I wis i could understand what you actually keep ordering them to do. One day i'll learn your language, then you'll be in trouble. me and judith can gang up on you then, missy"

Judith giggled.
"What would we do to her?"
