Okay, fine, forget me wanting decent discs for a ship seven pages back. What about the rank arrangements? It'd sure help to know how much someone of Borill's rank could command, versus a Grand Admiral, or someone akin to Darth Vader stare

Plus, its not really defined in the SW universe. Ranks can be used interchangibly at times. Take "general" calrissian versus General Veers.

Lando basically has the entire fighter squadrons under his command. However, his title lacks the supposed power of the situation, as 1) that is held by the rank of wing leader and 2) general is for a ground engaugement.

Its not really defined. Nor is it really important, either. Take for example Captain Piett's promotion. I mean, he jumped four ranks straight to admiral. Yet he barely held any power different from that of captain. He got to use the Executor as a flagship, but when it was boiled down, he still only maintained control over one ship, the accusor, at times (specifically chasing solo).

As for Vader, he wasn't even part of the military, making the situation even more confusing. Or Tarkin, a political figure (moff) in charge of a military vehicle.

So its really useless trying to make such a list. Not to mention, it has no broad application. Is there anyone who can make a post that isn't directly wanting it for the Legacy RP? Something which actually can be used in more than one thread?

At any rate, its such an interesting piece of Star Wars data that I had to throw it in.
Not every Jedi is fond of using a blaster, but if they have an Antarian Ranger with them, they dont have to.
