I think it is. My friends mother is a jobless alcoholic, and that's pretty depressing. Though she's a bit two-faced, and we rarely see her in her more provoked state like my friend does.

I sort of know what you mean. I think everyone knows atleast one alcoholic.

I suppose it is fairly prolific. Sad in a way. Alcohol is always good in moderation.

True. I, myself, try not to drink due to family reason. It has been one of the major problems in my family.

Marijuana is the greater problem in my family, so I steer mostly clear of that. Alcohol is not a problem. We all like to drink, but none of my family are alcoholics.
