Tails found himself licking his lips without quite realizing it. "Torchic, huh?" he said. "I like Torchic. And if it's from the Battle Frontier, I bet it's from really healthy stock, huh?"

"I would imagine so." I said, crossing my arms. "For the record though...Torchic isn't on the menu." I said.
Tails crossed his own arms and huffed. "Me? Eat a Torchic you want to train? C'moooon, Blizz, gimme a little more credit than that....not that I wasn't thinking about it..."

Reno felt the urge to smack himself. Seriously, he needed to make his intentions much more obvious from now on. Walking over calmly, he began to rub into Kairi's shoulders, digging the heel of his palms into her shoulder blades. Working his way through the muscles in her shoulders, he began to massage the rest of her back, digging to try and release the tension in her muscles. "What I meant was this. 'Ope the misunderstanding is forgiven." Looking up at Dante, he replied to the look, "Lil misunderstanding in transmission. But it should have been rectified by now."

Leslie looked at Sub with a nod of her head, wondering exactly what they could accomplish as part of this group. "So we are essentially people who do whatever is required then? Could we start by fixing all these meteorite things? They are very odd and I think they have a weird space virus thing in them. No amount of energy should have sentience." Leslie told Sub, using what she felt through the transfer from Mauri to her and what Reno had told her about them.

"...uh huh..." I said.

"Raaaa." Lucario spoke.

"Porryyy..." Porygon-Z afterwards.

"Ra! Raraaarraa!" Lucario then spoke.

"Sigilyph? Oh. Right behind you."

"Ra?" He turned around in couch, seeing a pair of eyes stare at him, making him jump and and accidently toss Porygon-Z off the couch. "RAAA!"

"PORY!"

"At least make your presence known to everyone, Sigilyph. This whole silent bit is...getting people a little on edge." The Sigilyph stared in confusion. What did it do?

"Raaaaa..." It rubbed the back of its head. "Rarrrraaa." He then spoke.

"Oh you could, and a lot more with the training. Since you're evolved now, you can do considerably more. Lucario in general have a great prowess when it comes to using Chi. Heck, you're better capable now to use something like Aura Sphere, for instance, or-"

"RA!? Raaraa." Lucario spoke. Apparently he opposed something.

"Lucario, I know for the longest, you've been going all fisticuffs, which worked for you. But look at it this way." I said to him. "There are still things you can do that are physical based, but it wouldn't hurt at all to have a few tricks up your sleeve. For that matter, imagine what you could do with your aura based abilities. Some of the heavily trained ones could use their aura to enhance their agility, run on some surfaces that shouldn't be ran on, for instance, completely vertical walls, heck, some have been known to actually talk human speech in a way almost akin to telepathy."

"Raaaaaa...?" While the talking like a human didn't sound all so pleasing, doing that other stuff sounds pretty cool.

Tails eyed Sigilyph as it drifted into view. He wasn't quite so caught off-guard, but it was entirely too quiet. Very eerie. But according to Blizz, it was a keen battler. Thus, Tails reasoned, it deserved to be eerie. "Um. Yeah. Anyway, Rio-"

He grunted. This would be a common occurrence. "Lucario, if you only stick with hand to hand stuff, you'll never be able to keep up with me and my fireballs and energy balls. And do you wanna get beat up by someone who's smaller than you?~"

Lucario picked Porygon-Z back up off the floor, giving an apology then looked over towards Tails. Beat up by something smaller...suddenly a unfortunate memory from the tower came back. A Chatot. Never. Again. "Rrrrr..." It would go without saying that he was officially convinced.

"Well, with that out of the way...so, you two been doing alright while I was gone?"

"Uh-huh. Tails and I climbed the mountain some with the heavy clothes on." he said.

"Really now?" Now that had my attention. "I take it that is why you two apparently were all tuckered out when I saw you earlier."

"Kinda..." He said, rubbing his head.

Tails nodded. "You know I don't really like wearing them except for training," he said. "But you guys were hard at work so I couldn't let you get that far ahead." He stretched again, back, into the couch. "I dunno about Tristen, but -I'm- gonna regret all this running around."

"Not unless you remember that you will get stronger running around in that." I said. Tristen then realized something then looked down at his clothes. "Something wrong?" I asked him.

"They...don't feel all that heavy anymore."

"Case in point." I said.

"But first I'm gonna be sore from tomorrow until forever," Tails groaned, then he lay back on his side. The things he did for pride... "I'm probably gonna find Ty and sleep on him until I feel better."

I snapped my fingers. "Crap, that reminds me. I need to bring everyone else up to speed about what happened at the frontier. Typhlosion, Telia, Psy...all of them, oi. They haven't seen Lucario yet since before leaving out for the Frontier."

"Porryyy...?" Porygon-Z spoke.

"Nah, I don't think it will be a problem; though I do try to keep everyone in the know."

"Poor Riolu. Imagine what it'll be like when Tristen evolves," Tails said. An idle thought, and fun to think about. And it wasn't scheduled to happen in the next century.

Tristen thought about that himself, now that Tails mentioned it But then something came to him that made that thought awkward. If what was said was true about how fast Tails age and how they evolve naturally, it made him feel like he was bound to leave Tails behind. He simply rubbed the back of his head at that though, keeping silent.

"Well, it'd be bound to happen to any Pokemon and I would imagine hybrid at any time, really." I said. "God, imagine the day when Cubchoo ever evolves."

"Rrrrrrr." Lucario spoke up.

"Yes, he'll lose the snot nose." I said, facepalming. Even evolved, apparently Lucario still has his pet peeves.

"Won't that be the day," said Tails, for he too was a little grossed out over runny noses of that magnitude. "But then he'll get all big and bearish and he's gonna be -really- expensive to feed. Buuuut he will have a lot of fur..."

"Yea, he more than likely will." I said. "But that wont come unless it comes naturally down the years or I get him trained a bit...which, I haven't really done." I said. "Cubchoo is still trying to cope being in a place like this, let alone being around all around all sorts of Pokemon. Incidentally, he's scared stiff of Typhlosion, and you know as well as I do, Typhlosion is probably the friendliest Pokemon in this place." I said.

This brought a thought to Sigilyph. The Cubchoo...the white bear thing? Sigilyph floated off over the couch then started to drift off.

"I wonder where he's off to..." I said.

"Huh?"

Tails pulled himself up to stare over the couch, after the Sigilyph. It was a Pokemon he couldn't understand, and he couldn't feel bad for not wanting to -- among Pokemon it was positively alien to him. "I dunno. Maybe he's gonna probe something?"

"No idea." I said, crossing my arms. "I have never seen a Pokemon as quirky as that one; I wonder what goes through its head at times." I said to him. "I can't deny how well it battled though. Though it could stand to learn a few tricks. It mostly got Psychic attacks. I probably got to research a bit."
