Mai jumps infront of Neji and Chiyo. "Jump on," she orders, crouching low so that they can make the jump.

Meanwhile

Ryu still had her back to Sero's and was scanning the trees.

Mai takes of through the village and surrounding forest to a safe haven that only she and Ryu know about. Once there, she says, "We should be safe here."

Neji: arigatou *helps Chiyo off Mai*

Mai sat and said, "Don't thank me I was just following orders." She started to was her paw.

Neji: ...you dont like us dont you

Sero kept looking at Orochimaru. "Thanks for helping Chiyo. I got this now." He quickly looked to the side to see some kunai heading his way. He quickly got in front of Ryu and put up Orochimaru as a human sheild. After the kunai hit Orochimaru, he poofed into smoke. "Damn...a clone." He looked left and right and stood beside Ryu.

*Chiyos cursemark starts to hurt*

"Sero, what part of you still shouldn't rush into something that's an obvious trap, didn't you get?" Ryu asked. She was staring at one spot in the trees. "Why don't you come out Orochimaru? Between your stench and my Shadow Eye, I found you so trying to hide now won't make any difference to me, I'll just follow you're movements," she said without looking away the spot she was staring at.

Meanwhile...

Mai looked at Neji and Chiyo. "Let's just say I'm not very fond of humans," she said. "I'll do as Ryu commands because I live in her, but other than her, I like very few people," she said, laying down.

Neji: *nods and looks at Chiyo in pain* CHIYO!

Chiyo: AGH! D**N it!

Mai gets up and walks to Chiyo. "I'm charged with your care, so let me take a look," orders Mai. When she saw the curse mark flaring up, she started to lick it. "Does that help?" she asked between licks.
