"My family's," she told him, "None of them can fix cars worth a damn," she replied.

He laughed loudly, "And you have problems as well." He snickered softly, "I'm sorry I had to add that in."

She stuck her tongue out at him, reaching up to fix something in the car, "What about you, sir?" she grinned.

"It's just a hobby for me. I like to fix machines." He looked at her, "What about you?"

"Its one of the few things I'm good at, and I love it." she replied.

He smiled softly, "You know I was somewhat surprised that you asked me for a date. I thought you and Aiden were a couple. I mean...I always saw you two together."

She laughed softly, "No, no where near that." she shook her head. "We're just poker buddies."

Michael shrugged, "Just poker buddies...Well I think that you two look more like that. I'm sure a lot of people think that too."

She looked at him, "Why do people think that? A girl and a guy can't be just friends?" she asked.

Michael shrugged his shoulders, "I'm not sure...you two just look happy together and you look like you would be a great couple."

"Huh," she replied, thinking it over. She was pretty sure she was going to lose the bet. She looked at him, smiling. "Thanks."

Michael looked a little confused, "Um...thanks? For what?" He smiled as he looked at her, "I think you have a crush on Aiden, but maybe you're not willing to admit it."

"For the help with the car," she got out from under the car, before saying, "I don't have a crush on Aiden, he's a friend."

Michael got out and wiped his hands off, "No problem." He paused before he looked at her, "Maybe you don't have a crush on him, but what if he had one with you?"
