How to get Promoted

I am against this.
When people get promoted they get added to crew. I see crew as a moderators position. I think you should have a title not a moderators position.

I'll have to agree on this. But what if the promoted user deserves a moderators position?

Nobody deserves a moderators position. You ask for it. You have to want to moderate because you spend hours a week doing stuff for the guild. Me for example I recruit in towns. Clean up threads, Message members about concerns. I want to see this guild back on its feet atm we are tits up

... idk we kicked a bunch april 1st, but people get tired of the guild, or their name and decide to change it. we will have to do another clean up soon.

Reason behind his promotion;
Over the last couple of months I have been "fixing" things Cory has been my go to guy for advice and help.
He has helped me come up with ideas and backed me up with removing none members.
Promoted to Commander.
Cory is also head of all charity giveaways. Meaning if you want to set one up yourself you will have to go through him.

Reason behind his promotion;
Time is a active member in IV and frequent poster but that counts to about 20% of his promotion. The other 80% is due to the fact he is a friendly member and all ways willing to help another IV member. Who ever you ask in the guild "Have you spoken to Time?" Nine times out of Ten its yes and hes a decent bloke.
Promoted to Captain

Epileptic latley as been posting everywhere. Your about to post and bang hes there....I think he waits for use to move and jumps in. But no active member, thoughtful member, team player and all around good person.

Fame is the joker in IV atm. lately posting jokes and keeping moral high between us in the guild. With the worries of the guild dying in the future we need a laugh now and then.
