The Hidden Ones

Ice jumped down from the tree and stood in front of Sai, she walks around him, inspecting him. "No... Just curious what you are doing in that place... One would think that one such as you would not be anywhere near here." She studies him sceptically.

Now it was Sai's turn to be annoyed, "I didn't want to...but the human is nice enough...he seems different."

Ice looks at Sai in surprise. "A nice human...? Are you sure he doesn't want to capture you...?" She looks at the house behind Sai curiously.

Sai turned and followed her gaze, looking at Phineas, "He's had chance after chance...and he's done nothing..."

Ice laughs, "So why are you chosing to stay? Why not just leave?"

Phineas walked out with a sandwish in his hand. He saw the girl. "Oh Hi" He said and scratched himself on the head with a smile. "Ehh... could you please not tell anyone about him being here"

Ice jumps, startled and stare at Phineas. "Hi..." She is very unsure about him so she kind of ducks back behind the tree.

Sai blushed, "Because I promised that I would help him..."

Phineas turns to Sai. " Uhh is she scared of me or you?"

Ice laughs. "Oh. Might I query what you are helping him with? You may call me Ice or Yumi by the way... Kind of akward to talk like this...." She steps out from behind the tree and stands back a bit with her hand on her hip.

Phineas Looks at Ice. "Wait. Your a Demon?"

She studies Phineas with a teasing look. "Nah, I'm just a figment of your imagination dear."

Phineas laughed a bit. "Then i should hurry to get sane before someone besides me sees you"

Sai quickly went from embarrassed and annoyed to amused. He bit his lip to keep from smiling.

Ice turned and looked up and down the street. "Eh... Good point... Not so sure I want to leave him alone with you..." She turns back and looks at Sai with her worried red eyes.
