My favorite scout would be Sailor Uranus

I love JunJun. But...Saphire was good too. I loved him lots. Everyone said he looked like Mamoru. I never saw it, he did look a LITTLE bit like him, but I could still tell who was who.

My fave villian is also Mistress 9. She was just plain evil and that is so cool! Fave sailor would have to be Sailor Saturn and Sailor Uranus. I also love the StarLights.

She's my favorite senshi and my favorite villain, in both the manga and anime, even though she was slightly varied between the two. I would make sweet undying passionate love to her.

Sailor Saturn is by far my favorite Senshi...as for villians...I never had one...They did a pretty good job of making them unlikable characters. They monologue too much! haha (If you've seen The Incredibles you'll get it...if not...go rent it!)
