Also of note: I have seen some mention stuff like "rank 5" or "rank 4" when advancing through the ranks and tiers. To avoid any potential confusion, please note that only rank ups are given through missions and RPs. Advancing from one tier to the next requires a special mission, and as such, can't be factored in unless that's been given to you (as well as completed and passed).
