Brief Personality: Bold and hot headed, but also surprisingly spiritual. She's not one to back down from a fight if someone rubs her the wrong way. She tends to judge a lion by his coat since that was the way of her former pride, but she is not above changing her mind later.
Brief History: Her old pride (the Mizimu'Tungika) was disbanded and she's been traveling with her sister and another of the survivors ever since. She enjoys hunting and is quite good at it. A young viking took her sister as a thrall and she's out for his blood, or any blood. Her sister will convince her to stay after she's fighted her way in.

There might be some drama with a pirate at some point too.

Brief Personality: She views her body as a tool, and as she grows older she'll learn to use it that way. She also deeply distrusts males and hates most of them simply for being male because of her history with them. She is surly and snappish and really would rather die than be enslaved. There is a part of her which is girly and wants a romantic happy ending, but she had buried it deeply.
Brief History: A tomboy through and through, Jakyra always wanted to do what her big brother Riddiq was doing. She would follow him around and try to do what he's doing at least as well as he does it, though she didn't really expect to ever be able to do it better. After she was captured and enslaved by the Kuroi'Nera her life took a turn for the worst, featuring such fun events as rape and violence when the 'Nera sold her off. She killed the lion eventually and then made it her business to continue killing males. Erlendr will capture her after finding her too weak to protest and bringing her back to the pride.

Brief Personality: In brief: Sassy. Domineering. Doesn't care who she has to step on to get what she wants. Concerned with appearances, and has a taste for power ... not that she would try anything crazy like try to usurp the Warlord's mate, but she does want her mate to be a powerful and respected lion.
Brief History: Once married to Thorgrim, Runa left him when he had words with the old Warlord and threatened to leave the pride. Not at all interested in roughing it, Runa decided to make a clean break of it. Her milder sister Lena remains married to Thorgrim.

Brief Personality: Boisterous and rough, Lesedi is always trying to be the strongest and toughest. He loves his mother and sisters and has a lot of respect for his grandfather who taught him how to fight. He's a little possessive and controling but not as much as when he was younger. He seems to think females outside his family are not to be trusted.
Brief History: He was born a rogue and stayed with his family until adulthood. He tracked down his father and found him in the Pridelands but when he realized he had 16 (16!) brothers and sisters there, he just didn't feel comfortable staying. Lesedi's grandfather has a vendetta against his brother and kidnapped his mate so... it's a complicated family. Lesedi will accept the concept of thralls quite easily. =']

Brief Personality: Thorgrim is a huge, huge lion. He's cantankerous, mildly abusive and does not hold back when it comes to making his opinion known. He is brusque, abrasive and all-around quite foul-tempered.
Brief History: I want this to work with pride history without just making assumptions and writing Gunne. XD Basically, Thorgrim has mild suspicions over the change in titles and in regards to Gunne's death, and he's come back to the pride after leaving after a fight with Gunne around the time when Aesir rose to power/before Gunne's death. In leaving, he lost his wife, Runa - though he kept her sister, Lena, instead. Thorgrim is Gunnar's dad and Erling's brother and Brynja's uncle and holy s**t we are TAKING OVER YOUR PRIDE D:<

Please use him and abuse him in any plots that might be needed or metas that might arise. He's old and bitchy and while I'm fond of him, his big mouth will undoubtedly get his stupid a** in trouble. I'd like to plot him with Dalla and her sister and Uhtred, at some point, to further along Dalla's plots. 8Da

Brief Personality: 'The Silent Force,' Firaga is a quiet fellow, but there always seems to be something brooding in those eyes of his. He is a very sturdy lion, like a rock, seemingly unmovable. The range of emotions he displays are fairly limited. He is not afraid to act however, and act he will - but you'll seldom hear him coming. That is why he is known as the Silent Force. He feels no need to declare his attack, or boast, or taunt. He is, none the less, and efficient fighter, but he definitely has a bit of 'lone ranger' in him that leads him to often opt to do things alone.
Brief History: Firaga was born in the MizimuTungika but as he was growing up the pride was at war and falling apart all around him. He grew up fighting and hasn't known a single day where he wasn't fighting for something - life, limb, food, water... He grew up hollow and wondering. Searching for something more than his empty life, he has stumbled upon the Storm Born lands, as if fate swept him here.
