Crew will be eventually compiling a rank list for certain mounts that are more powerful than others.
Until then, just assume once you rank up you might get it unless the data is posted by then.

I figured there was one already and I just wasn't seeing where it was located, hence my original question. But it really isn't a big concern for me at the moment. My profile is finished and submitted, and that's all I really care about for now.
