* * If I can get a version with the tabard and hood as well, may I have the Moon & Stars tabard with glowing gold and silver moons and stars shining/glowing silver bells on the end of the cloth. The tabard itself can be either something garish and christmasy in color, or it can be a more demure look, Colorist's choice. Hood can be a bells hood with glowy silver and gold bells, to match the tabard.

Body: He is decorated with Tribal markings. Some of them travel up his legs, others extend downward from his neck and withers. His body is light in color, while his marks are dark and appear to "glow" -- if you can call it glowing when something emanates darkness. (There are soquili around with light markings which glow; I would like his dark markings to glow in the same way if possible.)
Face: Roman nose if possible. Eye color -- emerald? If that looks weird, then CC please. Glowing/pupilless would be fantastic
Mane: IF he is still considered pure-bred with a mane, then the mane will be whichever matches the one on the "alternate" template for Kirins. If not, no mane
Tail: Tail matches alternate template for kirins.
Hooves/Fetlocks/Harpy Claws: All the feathered fetlocks you can fit. I love feathered feet!

It's got a metallic/shiny peach base with curled, dark tribal markings. A couple of other refs: xx and xx
Color palette: xx Exact color match is not important; this is just an idea of the sort of colors I have in mind. Earthy / natural colors, but colors that might be a little harder to find in nature unless you were searching for them or lived at the beach. The middle three colors will be for his body and scales and mane. The charcoal color is for his markings. The tan on the very right is for use as accent if needed, and for any lighter marks that appear on/in his otherwise-dark markings.

Body: A base of black, deepest sapphire undertones, lightening to pale lavender through shades of purple beginning just above his knees and with the lightest shade near his forelocks ([Pretty purples!]) Pale wispy cloud marking across his form, heaviest along his belly. The clouds should ethereal/spooky- semi-luminescent with an eerie quality, 'glowing'. The markings are inspired by "Noctilucent Clouds" (essentially superhigh clouds of itty-bitty ice crystals that glow at night o3o *happy squeak*).
Face: Dark face, lightening along his cheeks (more sapphire than black).
One eye pale purple, the other pale blue.
Mane: Unedited Stock Combo: "Ringlets" forelock and first loop by the ear overlaying the "Long Braid" crest (just the section along his neck, no hanging braid), with the "Wild" length of mane falling from the far side of his neck. Dark purple, almost black. Open to lighter shades that may make his mane/tail stand our more against his dark coat.
Tail: "Native Dreams". Dark purple, almost black. Silver feather and shimmering darkpurple/sapphire bead.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Fluffy fetlocks please, pale lavender, hooves should be black (to make the fetlocks stand out ohyes).
