Taylor was at the gates before sunup. Another sleepless night. Not for lack of trying. It made her grumpy, testy, and all around moody and more talkitive. She was in her full combat suit. The silk weave concealed black ribbing shorts and a tank top, but was ultimately much more effective than Flak jackets. She was leaning crossarmed in the shadows, her bugs weaving silk line, braiding it in concise motions. She had taken the time to gather certain supplies, however no food or water for herself. She could get that easy enough through her clans secrets. Her mask covered everything but the back of her head, letting her hair flow free.

While he hive worked , so did taylor. She was accessing her chakra network and linking a fair amount directly into her hives food stores in offering. She would complete the pact, liking tired and slumped when people arrived.

Ichiryu didn't go to his quarters. He thought that his mission was ending and he'll be heading home soon. He arrived at the gates and saw a person at the gates. The person was wearing a fullbody combat suit and left a long hair open. It has to be Taylor there for she was the only woman that he met personally and also recognizes the hair. He couldn't stop looking at the suit, admittedly that looks superhot. Seeing her combat suit gave Ichiryu the idea of making his own when he comes back to Konoha.

He stayed back, hidden from her line of sight wondering what she was doing.

The tall, muscular, and imposing man of justice approached the gates as his heavy boots stomped along the moist ground in an authoritative gait. He looked ahead and noticed Taylor and Ichiryu. "At least they're here." It was somewhat satisfactory to him that only half of his group was proving to be completely useless so far. He stood in front of the gates and examined them. It was darkest before the dawn and it shrouded the knight of the night, the watchman of Kenshin. Kenshin has always slept very little, roughly four hours of rest per night were all that was required for him. His strict, meticulous routine consisted of going to bed at one o'clock in the morning and rising at five o'clock. He often patrolled the streets at night, keeping on guard for criminality and enjoyed waking up early for exercise. He always ate the same three perfectly rounded meals with maximum nutrition and minimum flavor.

The officer looked at Ichiryu with his stone statue of a face and examined him."Filthy foreigner." He thought before speaking directly to him. "Have you broken any laws in our village during your visit? If so, tell me now or I'll execute you myself in the name of the law. I'll know if you're lying." The truth was that the interrogator already knew the answer to his own question. Kenshin was always an honorable man of his word. His voice displayed his hatred for lies and deceit with a firm, cold baritone.

When wondering about Taylor, at the corner of his vision, the leader of the squard that will be escorting him back to Konoha. This mission has been very enjoyable and hopefully he can visit this village once more.

Ichiryu was trying to enjoy himself and ease his curiosity, wondering what Taylor was doing by herself, but it was getting weird with this guy cold stare locked on Ichiryu. It was already bad enough as it is from start of the office, but making drama is just so unnecessary. "Threatening your escort and executing him if laws were broken? Really?" he thought that how can a guy like this be squad leader. "I broke a huge load of laws. I was so slick, not even the chuunin that was with me that was sent by your Mizukage, not once noticed my criminal activity. So yea I broke plenty of your laws." his sarcasm had no limits. One of his personal rules is that 'one without humor has no future'.

He paused for a moment and put his hands together with the utmost of sincerity "I humbly appologies for my wrong doings." he had a very serious facial expression but his mind is dying of laughter.

The relentless bloodhound of a man smelled Ichiryu's lies from a mile away. "I can confirm that this one is a liar and I will have to keep my eye on him. I will know his little secrets, I will know what he knows." Kenshin remained composed even though his mind was yelling in a fit of rage. "Lies, if you had broken the law then I would know and we would be having a much different conversation." His cold stare persisted as he continued his response. "Morality doesn't exist outside of the law. Since no laws have been violated then I'll continue to escort you safely." His voice was firm, although much less laced with suspicion of Ichiryu.

"Remember your orders." The guardian thought to himself before speaking. "Since you respected our village I hope..." He paused with frustration. "You enjoyed your visit to Kirigakure." Then, as ordered by the Mizukage, he smiled to Ichiryu to release the tension. This was an extremely wide and exaggerated smile as if he did not know how to do it. The smile was uneasy as it formed across the cold face of someone whose lips had never been kissed by the delight of a smile. Most children had beaming smiles light up their faces as they played in the sunshine. Meanwhile, Kenshin had the eternal found of a child born imprisoned. The smile had shown entirely too much of his teeth which were worn down from years of abuse and frustrated teeth grinding.The teeth had the sharpened appearance of shark teeth. These were beastly teeth that would be an insecurity for Kenshin if he had valued personal beauty. The terrifying smile disappeared after a few moments, his duty in that regard was fulfilled. He would make sure to include it in his report.

Ichiryu hearing what this guy is saying; he is trying his absolute best not not laugh or change is expression. "You realize I am being sarcastic right? You so got to losen up. As much as it is fun to pull this guys leg and even more fun to fustrate this guy and Ichiryu could, but is isn't fun if he goes along too easily or expected."I appreciate the escort and I am very greateful that you and your squad will be accompany me on my travel bake to the Leaf Village. It really is unfortuante though," he paused with unvertainty. He could have enjoyed staying here. "Wish I could stay. There is so many things to enjoy." He looked up at the night sky thinking of the food that he could have feasted, the enviornment that he could have trained and meditated in, the women, ESPECIALLY THE WOMEN, that he could have seen.

He turned to Kenshin with a friendly expression, thinking that maybe relaxing is what's good for this guy. "You know what, before you leave after escorting me. I should take you and the squad to a place of paradise." Ichiryu speaks the truth. It is paradise, FOR MEN. A place that dreams happen and come true, the luscious hot springs of Konoha.

Taylor tilted her head back, the poreous mask allowing the airflow from the breeze to circulate through her costume. It liced at her slightly damp skin and made her shives bodily as she got goosebumps. She had finally settled from making her pact, but it left her looking a little winded. She decided to check her Kikkaichu bugs progress on her coard. 3 lines of 20 foot, each braided with 5 stands of silk. Perhaps overkill. It would be stronger than steel Cable. She took a small spindle from a pouch on her left hip and wound the coard around it into a spool. She did that for all three lines, sorting them back in the same pouches for quick access. She could "feel" the presence of her hidden partner rather than hear or see her. The sounds she let out were below the range of normal human hearing, issuing a command for Tattle. She felt the huntress disappear into the woods, keeping a close distance from Taylor yet not so close as to be seen. Fairly impressive for a trap door spider as big as a large breed dog. She nestled a free Kikkaichu into its body, for further tracking purposes.

She decided then to start amassing her forces, recycling her chakra through her bugs to begin a breeding process and sending out a small Swarm of 500 to disappear in all directions around her person. She started letting the information flow in, caught bits of a conversation between the vip and her squad leader. The man bothered her but she could work with him. She caught the word paradise from the auburn haired boy, caught some words from a few homeless urchins, busy plundering another homeless mans bags. She left them be. Not a threat, not any real problem. She left a few in the vicinity of her teammates, staying where she was and being antisocial as usual. The rest were sent out into the woods, fanning out into a veritable tide of small unseen scouts. Those that were left she began cycling in and out of her hive, weaving silk cloth as they went, wrapping it steadily around a long pole that are would end up keeping, found next to a dumpster.

Kenshin began tuning out Ichiryu as he looked at the darkness being washed away by the light of the Sun. "The light of justice overcomes the darkness of crime everytime." The mission was starting now and it mattered not to him who was here and who was not. He was certainly not going to go hunting for them either. "Time to move!" He announced to his party in the immediate vicinity before beginning his march away from the gates giving the gate guards a signal. "That you for your honorable service!" He earnestly announced to them with gratitude and a salute. He continued walking towards the Water Country's roads.

__ With a salute Kenshin responded to the gate guard. "Affirmative! These are for you." The Shinobi Sentinel approached and presented the masked figure with the desired mission papers. He gave the gate guard an immense reverence for his or her authority, a kind of admiration as well. "I'll need to go to the Mizukage's office to present my full report." He also supposed that his other squad mate had fallen behind a bit. He did not intend to enter the village until everyone had arrived at the front safely.
