Based on a Glaucus atanticus. Tail ( Nixie type tail), fin, scale edits are totally CC. Also want flowy fetlocks. I was him to have long flowing epic hair w/ shells and feathers decorating it. CC on the actual style.

Mane: I'm on the fence, but probably just a little fwip <3. But I am open to suggestions >3>.
Tail: like the ref, maybe a little longer.
Hooves/Fetlocks: paws!! Normal Fetlocks length. I want the focus to be the paws and not to be covered up <3.

Horn(s): See ref. This is pretty much the only thing that differs from the actual pet. I would like them to be pretty gigantic x'3. And look like they have leaves growing from them and the little vine tendrils hanging down with dew drops =3.

Scales: none
Pelt: None
Other Notes: If possible, I would like a version of the horns that do not have the leaves *like a 'winter' version or something. Because the idea *if it is allowed for mutant minis* is that the leaves and foliage actually grow from her horns. I would also like her to have big fluffy ears =D! Maybe just a little fluffier than the nymph ears, with tuft inside.

Body: A fluffy dark blue pony. His coat is near black if not for the blue tinted highlights. About his body, he has blue organic swirls that almost look similar to plant life.
Face: He has three blue dots underneath either of his eyes, which are a glowing gold. His inner ears are blue like his swirls. The rest of his head is the same color as his body.
Mane: Long and sweeping, he can't seem to prevent clumps of his hair falling into his face. It is swept to one side to at least get it out of one eye. His hair is blue in color and decorated in gold beads.
Tail: See mane.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Fluffy fetlocks and gold hooves.

Custom Items: Next to his front hooves I want there to be a jar of glowing fireflies. I would also like fireflies to be floating around the space about him and one around his horn. I would also like him to have a necklace that mimics the jewelry in his mane and tail.
