Mz.Wiggles I live in a place where it's ALWAYS hot. I've learned to hate it. When your in all black there's no hiding from the sun. My shoulders are always burned so I carry a binder instead of a back pack. I started wearing sleaved shirts 'cause homecoming is tomorrow and I don't want to be red. Being in Arizona, I know how that is gonk

I used to live in the tropics. In a place like that, the sun is the enemy. I'm naturally white as a sheet and I can burn through car windows, so I carried a parasol with me everywhere I went. It was effin' hot there, too. Cloudy days felt like a godsend.
Now that I'm in England, I find I really like the sun. I still carry an umbrella if it's really bright, but a brisk, cool sunny day is just peachy. biggrin

Macabre_Cogitation I do not like sunny days much at all. I prefer the colder, harsher side of mother nature. Such as blizzards, severe thunderstorms, tornadoes. I just like the kind of weather where you can't see past your own arm. Plus, the sun burns me way to easily. Ditto.

To be honoust i love rain , i love the sound of the rain gently falling on the ground it makes me forget all my problems for a short period of time. Sunny days just manage to anoye me , you get sweaty , get sunburned if your unlucky , your food expires faster and all of those things. No. i deffinatley like Rainy days better.

Laharl Part Dux They say its part of the Goth thing to be sunshy, but I wanted to know how many of us actually like bright sunny days. I know I do. If it's nice I'm usually out doing stuff . And I love to be out at the pool if the days nice and hot.
And what about tans? I mean I don't intentionally go out and suntan, but it happens naturally for me with being out so much, even with a lot of sunblock.
((Just as a disclaimer I am not stereotyping goths by saying that most goths are sunshy, but more rather trying to break that stereotype by asking these questions)) the sun hearts my eyes I like rainy days cause they cool me down

I wear glasses and my eyes are quite weak, even when it isn't particularly sunny I have to squint sometimes. Also I burn really easily because I have red hair, even with loads of suncream...this makes me sad because when the sun is shining it is nice to go out and do things, I like to walk but I can't without looking like I am going to the Arctic whee sad
