mark walked to valak and said "valak....why dont you take more prisoners like 1....2...3" stomps on valaks foot, grabs his bag and yelles to the others "RUN!!"

Picking up his beloved, he ran as fast as he could, drawing on all the reptilian and vampiric strength he could. In mere moments, he reached his top speed of 80mph. However, there was one fatal flaw in this plan;

He knew what he was running from.

But he did not know what he was running to...

She obviously sensed it befor him, she flipped from his arms and landed on the werewolf that lunged at them, ripping it to shreads. She looked up after finishing off the blood. "There will be more. We need to hurry."

"Can you run for yourself?" He was concerned that the pregnancy might have impaired her motion capabilities, and was just making sure.

She nodded, and sprinted to the north. She smelt safty there.

mark ran wile he was looking through the bag and said "thank god"

Unburdened, he accelerated up to 100mph. He made sure to keep Ash in sight; she seemed to know where she was going. The safety she smelled merely smelled of stone and wood to him; it meant nothing.

mark flew into the sky and started to fly north

Deep through a wild wood she went. She soon came appon an old cottage. She opened the door and looked around.

mark looked at the cottage and said "i used to live here with my wife"

She stopped and looked at him suddenly, "But...your only a junior in HS?"

"half-dragons didont age like humans....im 10,000 years old" he smiles

"He's not lying. His scent's funny that way. It kinda gives me a headache to look at him and smell him at the same time."

mark sits down in a chair and looks at a picture of him and his wife

"She's beautiful." She complimented, looking at the picture of the young pretty woman.
