I know there is the Jinx Charm or whatever the name is. It gives a head item that you could hold in the hand but I don't think I have the gold for that. There is also the female severed head but I also don't have the gold for that at the moment. I would have to wait until my gold accumulates.

Never mind. It wasn't the Jinx's Charm. It was a cheaper item and I had it on illusive. xD This should do for now until I can get the male severed wax head someday, in the future.
