(Pink Panther theme playing)
Seth could find no one inside the base for the Snaggers, so he began to sneak around with his Pokemon, playing Hide and Seek with them. He was currently hiding, and imagining what it would be like if he was a Pokemon. Like that'll ever happen.
(lol I missed the field trip so I didn't know about it. xD Oops.)

Michael Bladebreaker (Pink Panther theme playing) Seth could find no one inside the base for the Snaggers, so he began to sneak around with his Pokemon, playing Hide and Seek with them. He was currently hiding, and imagining what it would be like if he was a Pokemon. Like that'll ever happen.(lol I missed the field trip so I didn't know about it. xD Oops.) ((Missed it too. Its perfectly okay))Rexy managed to procure herself and her pokemon some food to eat. Mainly Berries mixed with some spare Pokechow, but nonetheless everyone was happy. Flare was resting on the Poochyena hybrids' lap in an alcove by the main entryway, snoozing away with a full stomach. Rexy hadn't eaten yet. She normally waited for her own pokemon to finish, preferring to listen to them chow down before she herself partook in food. The quiet of nobody around calmed her, and she never suspected a thing beyond other reaches of the headquarters...

Blizzard120 Trigramatic Tails started along the slope off the path, searching for the easiest way up. How far up, he wasn't sure. But even fifty yards west of the hideout cavern, he could see no easy way up. Or, at least, a way up that wouldn't leave Tristen behind. Tristen was trying to pull himself up one crag after the next, trying to keep up. "Why is he up here again?" Tristen asked. "Hey, whatever works to get stronger, right?" I asked. "I guess." Tristen said. "I don't think he's too much farther though." Indeed, that electricity even seemed to quickly be approaching. "Yeah," Tails said, leaping ahead of Tristen. "Don't worry, mud works just as well~"

I stopped and looked up and stared at the pass. "Um." Tristen looked back a second at me. "Blizz? Why did you stop?" "Five...four...three...two..." I spoke softly to myself.

From beyond the bend, Jules bounded into view and without losing speed, turned on the spot and ran toward the group...and past the group. "Hey everyone bye everyone!" he called. If Tails had to gauge this speed, it was thirty miles per hour easy. He didn't actually know how fast he could run.

"Well, we going to stand around or are we going to try to catch up?" I asked, picking Tristen up off the ground and giving him a piggyback ride. I knew that he, by no means, was going to be able to keep up with Tails and I.

A paw ahead, Tails bounded forward and when he found his footing, immediately burned some of his chi to fuel a quick attack. He needed Jules back in his sights and was sure he was running faster than that Jolteon. Even as he passed through a patch of emaciated trees, he did not slow, and for his haste, suffered a small scrape across his right arm. This did not bother him at all.

I rushed down after Tails, though while he's using Quick Attack, I was using Agility to blaze down the path. I wasn't too deterred, in fact, I was pacing myself quite well, keeping up with Tails. I wasn't going all out mind, in fact, for Tristen's sake, I wasn't going to.

Jules cast a glance behind to find that, to his delight, the fox kid and bird could keep pace with him. With his jogging pace, at least. He did not yet speed up, but allowed them to catch up. He wondered, perhaps, could they sustain their speeds?

He did not yet speed up, but allowed them to catch up. He wondered, perhaps, could they sustain their speeds? As I made my way down the path, and starting to gain ground upon Jules, part of me wanted to say that because of his lack of knowledge in how to fully manipulate Chi, he was going as fast as he could. Though, on the flip side, he's not putting out as much as I originally gave him credit for and given that I known Jolteon in particular are a lot faster than this, I had that feeling that he's trying to goad us into starting to racing him. Something that I wasn't up for taking up. Not with me carrying Tristen around.

There came another bend in the narrow, rocky path, and once again Jules turned so smoothly that he might have been on rails. Tails had to slow to take the turn, but it was a straight shot for the next hundred meters, if a little bumpy. Two years ago, he might have cut his paw on one of the jagged stones. But now, he could see the safe spots, and didn't slow at all in hitting them. The distance between them closed -- definitely within shouting distance.

I didn't slow when I hit that turn, instead, I gave a leap and rebounded off of a rock, continuing pursuit of Jules. "Juuullleess! Wait up!" Tristen shouted to him. "I do have ears you too, you know." I said to Tristen, wincing a bit.

Sub was sitting in the main area of HQ, in his favorite arm chair, with his SNAG device in his hands as he fiddled away with it. He was still thinking about all the strange things they encountered in Unova, he couldn't wait to see more of their unique Pokemon too.

"Now, that wouldn't be any fun at all!" Jules said. He didn't speed up, but Tails did. Growling, he wouldn't let Jules get away.
"You still gotta train him, you know," he said.
"If you can catch me, I'm yours!"
Just as Blizz predicted, Jules' sprint increased by ten miles per hour, in mere seconds.
