I read the post in your thread. sad I'm so sorry, there are few things more irritating than losing hours of work because of something as stupid as technical problems. *kicks your computer*

I checked out the link as well. I love the idea behind it and already have a perfect scene in mind. I intend to enter...
There aren't many entries so you can keep at the drawing for quite awhile. Just give it a try, win or lose. That's what I'm gonna do.
*does a happy dance*
All I have left to do is shade and highlight the jacket on this last commission then shrink it and make a wall paper.
I'll be done then...
It's almost 5:30am... but I want to finish this commission then collect the money asap...

I just called the art school I wanted to get into, and the course is full. I had finally found something I wanted to do and then it's already too late..
Now I have absolutely no idea about what to do anymore... sad

How far away is the art school from where you live?
Is it the only one?
Remember, don't let all your hopes up. There are other schools and other things you can do.
I'm not giving up going to college. It may take me about 10-15 years+ to graduate from college because I can't be a student at the moment, but I will graduate. I've already set a long term goal.
You can set a long term goal to get into an art school. Remember, it doesn't necessarily have to be the closest one.
Besides, there's always next semester. And then you'll really be prepared.

Orielle, it took me over a month and a half to complete the commissions from my auction, and trust me, the person wasn't entirely too patient...
If Xilo says they're patient and you haven't been working on the art for over 2-3 weeks, your a lot better off than I was. blaugh
But yeah, it's not the end of the world and there are always other opportunities. Just set a long term goal and continue working towards it... or set small short terms goals and keep meeting them until you reach your long term goal.
