Yea, my apartment is super hot in the summer (sometimes hotter than outside) since I'm on the main floor right above the hot water pipes and heating elements. The condo board is going to insulate the pipes but it won't be done for a few years since they have bigger issues to address this year and next year...guess I'll continue to sweat it out during the summer.

At least I save on heating in the winter.

Still, They should give you a window fan or something. sad

Yea, but not a big deal for me since I prefer it warm so it's generally fine for 3 seasons and I just find inventive ways to cool off when it's really hot in the summer.

So I tried making pasta from scratch yesterday. Turned out ok. Noodles were a little thick/wide but the croquettes I tried making today were delicious and I had a fun time deep frying them.

I also made curry which turned out pretty good too.

Hmm...didn't make enough curry. Going to have to make something else to go with the rest of noodles...

I kind of want to make dumpling wrappers from scratch but it takes a lot of time...

It takes about an hour to make the wrappers and then another hour to prepare the filling/wrap/cook them...and yet they get eaten so fast since I love them!

Yea, or get frozen dumplings and just cook them haha.....hmm, can't decide if I should go for coffee today or wait until Monday when I have work.
