~Deja Vu Is actually when your brain messes up and stores a moment under "Long term" memory, not "Short term" as it is supposed to put temporary things like drinking milk in a class room or a converstation with friends.. So that you feel like the moment has happened before, a long while back, but really, its just because its been sorted incorrectly in your mind.

I see, but what about when you have a dream and then in real life it happens again, or when the same thing happens again consecutively?
both have happened...but the 2nd one could have been because I didn't sleep for 4 days.

I don't know. I only knew the thing about DeJa Vu because the girl I miss terribly told me about it. She knew lots of random, really cool bits of information.
I never asked her about that cause its never happened to me.
Perhaps you really invisioned the thing happening before it did, and your magical.
Other then that I have no explanation for you.
