TerashiLeonGoken "Oh, I slept okay," Keiko said, her smile widening in Al's presence. "I had a couple of... weird dreams, but other than that, I kinda just slept in without meaning to..." Al grinned at the girl, offering her a small display of his growing comfort around her. "I'm glad." He said before taking a drink from his coffee, which had been growing cold for some time now. He grimaced at the taste of it now that it had chilled and sought the microwave, intending to simply heat it back up. Lykas, seeing Chaos, waved in greeting. "Hey! That was pretty fun, huh?" He asked of the large man, who he hadn't seen since returning from Eterna City. At the sight of Alice, he had to bite his tongue. He might be a snarky a** but he tried his best to be nice to kids. "Freya......You do realize it's not a good idea to bring kids into this, right?" He asked as he hopped up to sit on the counter top.

"Eh, it was up until those hybrids showed up. One of them tried to get me to swing on him, and he pretty much ignored me after I explained how ~/~ I'd have to be to do that. Really took the flavor out of the remainder of our time there." Chaos explained with a shrug.

Krystal sighed and crossed her arms, biting her tongue. She would just have to talk to her sister privately. It wasn't in her nature to bring up family matters in front of other people who wouldn't understand.
Freya blinked at Lykas a little bit, tilting her head to the side. A finger came to rest on her cheek as her bright blue eyes looked skyward, appearing in thought before she brought out into smiles again.
"Kid? What are you talking about? She's only two years younger than me!" For whatever reason, Freya gave a laugh, throwing an arm around her sister's shoulders again and pulling her against her. Alice responded to this with a surprised squeak, sounding almost like a mouse though she looked to Keiko and smiled kindly at her.
"Thank you very much." To say that she was cute would probably be an understatement.

"Did you at least warn her of the dangers that our group gets itself involved in? This isn't exactly an easy life..." I asked, trying to be reasonable about the situation.
"Because she sure as ~/~ don't look like she can fight," Chaos chimed in. "Pokemon or otherwise."
Keiko was about to add into the conversation, but after a fearful glance at Chaos, she decided against it.

"Really? That's funny....I had some Banette hybrid kid fighting me. He seemed like he was trying to have fun more than stop me....." Lykas admitted, giving it some thought now.
Looking back to Freya, he gave her a funny look. "And you're, what? Thirteen? Fourteen? So that would make Alice, what, eleven? Twelve?" He asked as he looked at the youngest Clark girl. "No offense, but what we do is dangerous work. Don't need any kiddy casualties." He offered to Alice. He really was worried for her.

Reno would look down at Kairi, just keeping her close and making no motion towards the Murkrow. "Kairi. 'E's not done anything ta you beyond a few fly bys and 'e is apologizin'." Reno hoped the explanation, with the soothing tone of voice, would help to calm her.

Blizzard120 Torchic backed up a little to leave space to Tails to sit down, but as soon as he done so, he went back to leaning up against Tails. The soft fur, warm sensation he was feeling. This was way too good. Torchic then perked up and looked over towards the bowl that Tails had in his hands. Mudkip got curious and looked down at it...something didn't smell right about it and the little water Pokemon backed away instantly. Torchic got closer though, apparently showing signs of being a slight renegade of sorts. He took a peck into the chili, and downed its tiny beak full. At first Torchic was a bit unphased; but then tears started to go down its eyes. The burn finally kicked. Despite which, it wasn't TOO bad to the tiny Torchic. "Torrrrr." Tails stared wordlessly at the Torchic for a great while. Then, finally he squinted up at Blizz. "Bliiiiiizz," he said. "I'm supposed to hate little peeps like him. Whyyyy doesn't he know any better? And why does he keep leaning like that? If his leg's hurt, it wasn't me."

Trigram Attic Tails stared wordlessly at the Torchic for a great while. Then, finally he squinted up at Blizz. "Bliiiiiizz," he said. "I'm supposed to hate little peeps like him. Whyyyy doesn't he know any better? And why does he keep leaning like that? If his leg's hurt, it wasn't me." "He doesn't know any better because he just hatched, and doesn't know how exactly the world works yet. And the reason why he's all over you like that because you're warm and soft. He's actually liking you by the way it looks." I said.

"I'm sixteen, thank you very much!" She stated proudly. Alice looked up at Chaos though quickly looked away, her attention being drawn by the blue haired male. It was so fascinating to see someone with such interesting features. She smiled at everyone, grateful for their concern for her, making the blonde girl feel rather special.
"I am aware of the dangers of being in this group, yes, thank you, Terashi. And while I am not exactly experienced in the way of Pokemon battles or any other type of battle, I am a faster learner. In all honesty, just being here with so many new and very different people is so exciting for me. I've never met such a variety of people before and never in one place."

Dan agreed this was in fact a dangerous job, with missions as dangerous as the members themselves. But he thought Alice would be fine since Alex was and she was younger. At Lykas' mention of a hidden camera, he simply blinked, the first he ever heard of this. "What hidden camera?" he asked curiously. "You know...that camera" Alex chimed in, acting as if she knew what was being discussed.

After the burn subsided, sort of, in Torchic's beak, he was leaning up against Tails once more, enjoying the warmth that he natrually put out. The Mudkip stared at Torchic in confusion; wondering why Torchic was acting so strangely. But then a realization came to the immature mind of the tiny chick. "Torrr..." There had to be a better way than this. Torchic stopped leaning over then hopped up into Tails's lap and sat back. Tails could still have his chili either way. This was bliss, though. "Torrrrrr..." I couldn't help but to make a few laughs. This was absolutely priceless. This was less than comfortable for Tails. There was a potential tasty morsel on his lap, and a warm and fuzzy one at that. But as he ate, his mind worked and came to a realization that he'd been in a parallel situation. Articuno were, after all, birds of prey. It was, perhaps, only Blizz's demeanor that saved him from being a morsel once before. "It just -had- to be a Torchic," he said between mouthfuls. "Does Telia know about him? And Mudkip?"
