A thump would echo out above Kairi, followed by a series of unintelligible swears before dust would fall off the ceiling. The vent cover behind her would be kicked out, rattling on the floor before a flash of red hair would appear. At least, before it slammed into the dust pile surrounding the vent cover and kick up into the air. when the figure finally stumbled out, Reno looked to Kairi. " Ello there. Glad i found you." He quipped before hugging her. "Question: Why do ya look like a zombie?"

Kairi was just turning to face Al and answer him when Reno appeared and hugged her. She returned the hug, burying her face in his chest for a moment and taking a quick indulgent little smile at finding him. She looked up at him though at his question, and since both Al and Reno had pretty much asked the same thing (sort of), she figured she should explain, sighing before doing so. "I haven't slept in days because of that stupid Murkrow of mine... It's taken to building a nest around that Bagon egg I have, and it's been flying around my room at night," she said, as calmly as she could. Her eyes glanced away to the floor as she readied her next set of words, though she could only actually see from one eye, she managed to get both to look towards the floor. "And, well..." she turned her head to look at Al as she spoke now, "I'm... kind of terrified of bird Pokemon. To be perfectly honest I'm too scared of the damn thing to put it back in its Pokeball and it's taken over my room. I can't sleep with it in there." Kairi buried her face against Reno's chest again to try to avoid the feeling of embarrassment that was now washing over her.

Reno's eyes widened as he realized he had forgotten about his egg. Looking to his bag, he found a hole had been gnawed into the zipper before it was unzipped. Muttering a curse, he told the group, "I believe we may 'ave an issue. There is a Bagon on the loose, and it can open doors and use zippers. We are screwed for the moment. Pray it doesn't decide to be a raging lil p***k."
Away, by Kairi's room, the door would be opened by none other than the previously mentioned Bagon, a devious look on it's face. Climbing towards the nest in the room, a slight stumble to his step from his youth. Reaching the nest, his cheeks puffed out before a tiny Dragon Rage would hit the nest, hopefully blowing it away.
Hearing the small boom, Reno swore again before looking down the hall. "Okay, both issues are about to kill each other. Could be good, could be bad. Shall we go an see?"

Al frowned at this. "I'm good with bird Pokemon. If you wouldn't mind, let me talk to it and I'll see what we can work out." He told Kairi, offering a small wave of greeting to Reno. "Hello Mister Vantas." He greeted. Seems like he's gotten plenty comfortable around this place by now that he's lost his stutter around the Snagems. At the mention of Bagon, two of them, apparently, he grew a bit slack-jawed. "You two have Dragons?" He asked, surprised. They didn't seem like they were either old enough or had the will to train dragons of that caliber.

"You'd be surprised to know what kids can do these days," Chaos said with a smirk as he passed by, taking note of Al's surprise.

Kairi heard the noise coming from her room as well and she was a little panicked over it. Her Bagon egg was still sitting in its nest, and she hoped that it wasn't about to get destroyed. "If we don't go see now, then something is going to wind up destroyed. So, yes, we should go see," Kairi muttered, though she made no effort to move. She still didn't really want to try and face that Murkrow of hers. She turned to look at Al for a moment though, searching for the right words to say to him. "If you want to talk to the Murkrow, then you can go right ahead. That thing terrifies me. And, uh... yeah, we do. Though, technically mine is still hiding in its egg. Maybe. Who knows at this point, it could be wreaking havoc in my room with Reno's for all I know right now." The redheaded girl sighed then, still looking rather panicked.
In the other room, Drao was making an effort to re-make the nest that had been blown off of the bed. Luckily, the egg hadn't been damaged, but, the room was even more of a mess than before. Though, with the Bagon still in the room, it was making it difficult for the Darkness Pokemon to tend to the nest. "Krow!" it shrieked, spreading its wings and swooping down at the young dragon in an effort to scare it off. It glared at the other Pokemon for a moment before melding into the darkness of the room, coming up behind the Bagon and swiping at it with a Faint Attack. It was determined to protect the egg, which appeared to be making some motion now that there was so much commotion going on around it. Likely, the Bagon inside could sense all that was going on.

The Bagon spun on its heel, facing down the Murkrow before firing another Dragon Rage and sending itself flying across the room. Looking beside it, he found a small stuffie, ragged from wear and age. Looking around, it tucked the small plush outside the room, hopefully safeguarding it. Shutting the door, the Bagon looked to the egg sitting in the room. Feeling a kindred spirit, he braced himself, hoping to keep the Murkrow away from the egg.
Looking between the people gathered, Reno merely said, "The egg will be fine. All Pokemon can tell eggs of their own species, so a newborn should be especially talented, 'aving just come from one themselves. And the Murkrow is a bird, likely to defend an egg if they see one left alone, especially if it is their trainer's." facing down Al and Chaos, he added, "And yes, I can take care of a Dragon type. they may be rowdy, but I am the same way and I can tell what ta do ta cure somethin' like that."

"I wonder...." Al pondered in regards to Reno's comments about knowing how to cure a rowdy attitude.
To Kairi, he simply smiled. "I understand. But remember, being afraid of something doesn't mean you shouldn't fight to not let it weaken you." He told her as kindly as he could manage. "Letting fear stop you from doing what you want is one thing but letting it get in the way of things that must be done means you're losing a battle against yourself. You're not going to let fear stop you from being a great trainer, are you?" Regardless, he'd follow them to the room in hopes of the chance to interact with this Pokemon. Problem Pokemon were one thing but maybe there was more to this. Incompatibility between trainer and Pokemon was not uncommon, though it was less common than people would think.

"Is that right?" Chaos laughed at Reno's comment. "Now I'm curious about your methods. So, what do you do to 'cure' rowdyness?"

Kairi was silent as she thought about what Al said. He was right of course. Letting her fear of bird Pokemon get in the way of things really was just making her a coward, and an awful trainer. If she couldn't even handle a single Murkrow... She sighed, realizing that she really was going to have to face up to her fears. Besides, it's not like Drao was a bad Pokemon, he was just trying to help out by taking care of the egg, and he really did seem to want to be a good partner to his trainer. Maybe her fear had made her misunderstand the motives of the bird? The redhead continued to be quiet, still mulling over all the thoughts whizzing around in her head.
The Murkrow continued to dive at the Bagon, trying to knock it away from the egg. It was his trainer's egg, and he wasn't about to let it get damaged by some rowdy little dragon-type. It crowed loudly at the Bagon, and landed in front of it, puffing his chest out and spreading his wings as wide as possible, attempting to make himself look bigger and scarier. Though, the actions would likely just make the Murkrow look rather silly, what with him missing quite a few feathers from having pulled them out to tuck into the nest. The Bagon inside the egg was beginning to try and release itself from its confines. The young Pokemon was not only ready to come out, it really wanted to find out just what was going on around it. Now. If only it could break through this damned shell... The egg was shaking rather vigorously by now, and would most likely bump into whomever was closest to it at this point as it began to tumble forwards.

Reno looked to Chaos before returning with, "Well, rowdiness is generally aggression or excess energy. To channel this energy into something productive, I can either fight with the lil bugger as training or find a way ta calm 'im. and when in doubt, I can prove myself as the alpha 'ere by beating him up with my nightstick. 'Ard ta beat that plan." Facing Kairi, he told her, "Shall we go check on your bird before it gets swatted out a the air?"
The Bagon was knocked into by the egg as it wiggled more, the Bagon realizing it already was close to hatching. Using Headbutt on the egg, he hoped to help it out. Looking at the Murkrow finally, the Bagon almost fell down in laughter at the sight of the missing feather Murkrow. Giving a smile, the Bagon gave a few growling rasps to try and transmit the fact it was looking silly.

Blizzard120 "Not unless someone kicked it under there." Freth said, searching the cushions then picking up the couch on one side altogether to make extra sure. "No one sees it, do you all?" she asked, looking down on the floor and at the underside of the couch. Mudkip, watching the events unfold, was starting to get slightly bored, then looked back at Torchic who was still enjoying itself in Tails's lap. "Kip..." the Mudkip trotted over then went to hop up into Tails's lap as well next to Torchic. He had to admit, a bit too warm for his tastes, but he was soft. "Uuum." Tails stood up, taking Torchic and Mudkip with him, and he had this sheepish look which Jude immediately recognized. "I kinda found a stone that looked like that under the fridge." "I thought you were being oddly specific just then," said Jude. "It was few months back, yeah?" The boy nodded. "It smelled a liiiiittle bit like sand but mostly like Furret." "Well...~" Jude turned, beaming at Blizz. "Your kid's got a good sniffer on him, huh?"

Kairi snapped out of her trance as she heard Reno asking her a question. Her look of panic was replaced with a look of newly found confidence and she nodded. "It would definitely be best to go see what's going on. And to prevent any more damage from being caused. At this point I assume my room is a total wreck now," she said, looking off towards the direction she had come from earlier, which wasn't all that far from her room. She took a careful step in that direction, still not sure if she could do this. She breathed in deeply, and then took off into a run towards the room containing the Pokemon. She would see her Houndour stuffie laying by the door, and she couldn't help but smile, glad that her keepsake was safe from being accidentally destroyed.
Drao glared at the Bagon, and was just opening his beak to caw in annoyance at the Bagon's "words". But soon he would be distracted by the second Bagon that would come rushing towards him, head low as it charged towards the bird. The female Bagon had felt the Headbutt from the Bagon that had been outside of her egg, and had responded with a Headbutt of her own, finally breaking through the weakened shell. Her first response to being released from her containment was to charge at the Murkrow, who apparently managed to catch sight of her before she could ram into him and fly up towards the ceiling, keeping himself away from the second dragon. One Bagon he could deal with, two Bagons however... Drao was ready to go flying out of the room, but the door was still closed and he couldn't exactly open it himself. He flew towards the door anyways, cawing loudly, hoping someone would let him out before he got killed by the two youngsters. Or worse, eaten. They were dragons after all, and they would likely find him to be a delicious snack.

Al nodded to most of what Reno said. "You seem to know what you're doing for the most part. Though I should warn you that Dragons may not take to the 'alpha' role very well." He warned. "Dragons are regal creatures and tend to live in a sort of 'pride' ruled over by a sort of monarch. Usually the first mated pair that spawned the rest of the pride are the ones in charge." He pointed out. "Though with a single dragon freshly hatched from an egg, it should consider it's trainer the 'monarch' over it's pride." He wasn't trying to tell him not to use his own methods, simply trying to give him a bit more insight into Dragons.
"I apologize if I sound like I'm preaching but my family has always had very close ties with Dragons so it's sort of a rite of passage for us to learn about them as we grow up." He explained, blushing a bit as he realized how he must sound to the boy. He kept to himself in regards to Kairi, however. If she didn't say anything further, he wouldn't pry into her thoughts. He simply wanted to be there to help her if the bird proved too much for her to handle.
