The started to tend to Aden's Pokemon one by one. Mareep, for starters, followed by the Nidoran, and then finally Aden's Poliwhirl. "I'd recommend that they stay here for a little while to rest up." she said, as she finishes treating the Pokemon's injuries. "They will be just fine though, they just need to rest and let their injuries heal a bit before I clear them for release. I'll be back shortly." she said, walking out of the room to leave Aden with his three fallen Pokemon.

"Ah, good..." Just knowing that was a relief to Aden, especially when it came to Mareep and Nidoran. He had already planned to let them stick around for a little while to definitely recover, so it being more on the required side helped. "And alright, thanks."
He opted to keep quiet for the moment, as the three recovered. He doubted they were much up for talking, though he did say one thing to them. "I know you're all hurt, but you did great. We'll get better."

"Let's...see...I think I may want to get Zangoose out, and perhaps also get Psy. Give Telia a break for a change...hmm...but who to also put in. Froslass? Ehhh. I want to keep Weavile either way though...hmm. Typhlosion also now that I think about it. Which leaves...Scizor...Porygon-Z...and Riolu. Urrgh..."

"Maybe I shouldn't have pushed you all like that. It's only going to get harder too. It just means we have a lot to get through. Don't let it worry you, we'll succeed just fine. Blizz and Falkner would let me have it if I didn't keep going." Aden continued. "When you three are a little better, we're gonna have to train. If the first gym was like that, we're gonna need everything we can get."

I continued to contemplate at the PC, finally deciding to stash Froslass as well as Telia to pull out Psy and Zangooze from the PC. As I done so and was about to head off back to Aden, I noticed that apparently there was a line behind me...and the people weren't too happy for the wait. "........." I looked over, seeing two other PC's in the center alright, but out of order. I then looked back at the crowd. "...what? A good number of you will get to know someone in my position when it comes down to putting up a good Pokemon party." I said before walking off. I think that just made everyone mad. Oh well, they'll figure it out later, if they hadn't already.
I then made my way to the back and off searching the rooms, one by one, for Aden. I then finally found him. "Hey Aden, how they doing?" I asked.

"They'll be fine, just need to rest for a bit and recover. After everything they went through, I can't say I'm really surprised." Aden answered. "Probably wouldn't hurt for them to take it easy today either." He thought about asking what the case was with the sudden exchanges, but chalked it up to his earlier guesses.

"Yea, they took one serious beating, to say the least." I said, going over towards a wall and leaned up against it. "Though, they done real well considering. Are you alright, though?" I asked Aden.

"Yeah, really... and I'm fine, just slowly getting over the shock that aiming to go beyond the impossible is going to become second nature during all of this." Aden found his statement well founded.

Aden found his statement well founded. "You'll get used to it." I said, getting off the wall and heading over towards one of his Pokemon, namely his Poliwhirl. "You all will." I said, stroking the top of Poliwhirl's head gently. "Just have a bit of faith..."

Aden nodded. "Yeah, I know. I mean, I'm not going to just up and quit anyway. I just know it's going to be harder than I thought."

Since you got all day, why not give your family a bit of an update?" I asked him. "They probably would want to know if you and your Pokemon are doing alright at the very least."

"Yeeeah..." Aden knew his dad wouldn't be too worried. The fact he could indeed fend for himself, if only somewhat, was more than proven. That, and he knew his heading out was inevitable. His sister, on the other hand, wasn't quite as aware unless she dove into his mind earlier. "I'll be back, just give me a bit."
He was quick about getting himself elsewhere, not wanting to make a nuisance of himself. Once he was in the clear, he started his calls and was thankful for having easy means to do so.

I made a silent laugh to myself as I walked off away from the bedsides and off into one of the chairs. "You guys got a good trainer." I said to the Pokemon. I then leaned back a bit as the nurse made her way back in to check up on everything with the Pokemon. Sometimes I wonder if I should have gotten out on a gym tour.........naaahhhh.

It would be some time before Aden finally returned, his face a little pale. His call to Sol went just fine, nothing too bad there. If anything, the discovery that things were going to be harder nearly prompted him to provide something that'd be useful later, but that was quickly declined.
Aden was glad for it, sure, but this was something he'd find a way to pull through. To him, it felt a little awkward. All in all, Sol was glad to know of the progress and hoped to see the improvements continue.
Managing contact with Ceramew was a much different case. It was enough to make him wonder if it was just that time. Not recalling any such thing with her, though, he figured she was just upset that he went off without at least saying something. "You know. I'm suddenly glad dad saw all this coming. But I think sis is going to tie me up with a vine one of these days." He said.

"Whats wrong with her?"
